We had a wonderful experience working with Craig Roofing to replace our 30 year old Velux skylight. We had previously gotten a quote from them in early 2025, and ended up prioritizing other projects throughout the spring and summer. Once we circled back in December, Jeff, the owner, was able to honor our original quote and we even received an upgraded version of the skylight at no extra cost. Installation day was one of the recent warm days in January, and the start time of the project was pushed back from morning to late afternoon. Despite this, Jeff was communicative with us and was present on the job site through its completion. While the crew was here, they took extra time to adjust the skylight after we noticed it wasn't evenly aligned upon initial installation. They also patched and replaced two other spots on our roof that had damaged shingles and cleaned out our dryer vent. They went above and beyond, staying well past dusk, to make sure we were happy with everything. I would absolutely recommend Craig Roofing!
I needed a roofer to repair squirrel holes and fix the flashing on the chimney. I chose Craig Roofing from a Better Business Bureau list because they had an A+ rating. They earned this rating. Jeff Craig called me within hours of asking for a quote. First he went to the property before quoting. Everything happened as it should have, perfectly. Jeff communicated the entire way through, and sent several photos of the repaired roof. This is how a business should be run. Highly recommend.

Reached out to Jeff Craig Roofing about wind damage to my shingles. Jeff was quick to respond and set up appointment to check out my issues. Jeff notified me that I had discontinued shingles on my roof and that it was definitely an insurance claim situation. Had 2 other roofers that didn’t realize the discontinued aspect. Jeff set me on a path to get a full roof replacement. Jeff and his crew did a fantastic job on my roof and did a great job of cleaning up after. I would recommend Jeff for your roofing needs and help with insurance claims. Thanks Jeff for everything!!!
After we called Craig Roofing, Josh came out the next day to inspect our shed roof and give us an estimate. Just 2 days later they were here to remove the old shingles and damage, install new plywood, vapor barrier and new shingles. Our shed roof looks great!! We are very happy with the results. We would recommend Craig Roofing.
