I stayed at your hotel in room 726 between the time 07/04/2026- 07/05/2026. I had a bad experience at the Hyatt, I’m going to list the issues. 1.) The Seven floor hallway smells terrible. I believe it’s the carpet. 2.) The bathroom door in room 726 , doesn’t align with the wall lock, so you can’t lock the bathroom door at all. 3.) The coworkers who worked on 07/04/2026( in the day, not night) were rude. 4.) We should not have to pay to self park if we don’t want to use valet parking. Especially if we pay for the hotel room. ( it should be included) 5.) I found a band-aid in the bed closest to the window with hair in it, the hair texture was not ours and no one had a band-aid.
Highly recommend this hotel if you are wanting to stay in downtown Atlanta. Richard at the front desk made check-in easy and he was very welcoming. He gave my two kiddos coloring books which came in handy when packing up. We took advantage of the pool in the morning and enjoyed that the check out time was 12pm, later than most other hotels we've stayed in. The aquarium in just across the street, so we had a relaxing morning with a good breakfast at the hotel, swam a little, and then packed up and enjoyed the aquarium before leaving for our next destination. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Booked on Booking.com and paid the room in full, almost $600 for 2 days. When we arrived, the man at the front desk said we had to pay an ADDITIONAL $150 for “incidentals”. He did not communicate if this was refundable or not and honestly had pretty bad customer service. Seemed like he didn't want to be there at all and had an attitude. I get jobs can suck or whatever but like it’s not my fault so why should it have been taken out on me. No where online did it mention ANY incidental fees or anything. Also, no where did it mention the only option for parking there was $55 a night valet parking(once you left you would have to pay again, no in-and-out). So, on top of the $750 for the 2 nights we would have had to pay an additional $110+ for parking. Breakfast was mediocre at best, honestly could get better at Best Western. Breakfast was supposedly over at 9:30, but they started pulling stuff away at like 8:30. Obviously it’s a hotel breakfast, but for $600 it should have been better. They had a snack shop in the lobby(insanely expensive), and the man at the front desk that night(same as the one that charged us the $150) refused to let me pay with my card for it (another person in my room had paid with card earlier in the day with no issue when another attendant was present), saying it would just “go to my room”. The room in itself was really nice. no bugs, super clean. Only complaint is that the way the shower was set up it flooded the bathroom a bit.
Convenient location for work, but the ongoing construction can add 15-20minutes to your journey. Several food spots within walking distance. Bar & breakfast were basic, nothing to write home about. Staff was attentive and friendly. Only disappointment was the $55 a day valet. You are forced to use it b3cause there isnt anything around competing. I am good with the $$ but it was a surprise since the dollar amount isn't mentioned anywhere except the stand alone sign as you drive up.
Stayed here during Fathers Day weekend to go to the GA aquarium. Makes sense that Valet is the only parking option. I was prepared for the expense. It’s Downtown ATL. Everything is expensive. Can’t beat the location though. Quick easy walk to the Aquarium entrance. Check in was easy and the service was friendly and very helpful. Big lobby to enjoy and relax. Room a bit small but that’s alright. AC worked great in the room. My only issue was a couple small bugs were found in our room (I didn’t mind but the wife wasn’t pleased). Breakfast was good. Lots of options and seating. Like I said…can’t beat the location. I do recommend bringing a sound machine since it did get a bit loud outside on Saturday night but that’s to be expected when you are so close to DT and the nightlife. Will recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to be close to the Aquarium area. We also appreciated the extra level of security (needed a room key to get to the pool and to use the elevator).
