I called Mr. Rooter in the middle of the night when our sump pump stopped working and it was pouring rain. We were able to schedule an appointment right away. Jonathan Gray was our service provider, He called promptly to let us know what time to expect him, and he did a wonderful job! Highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Jonathan!
Our showers were draining very slowly so I called Mr Rooter to come out and provide an estimate. What's nice about this company is there is no up charge for coming out Sunday versus during the week! They also don't tack on a service fee just to show up. If you don't like the estimate then you don't pay anything! Prior to the technician coming they let me know he was on his way and would be here within 20 minutes which he was. The technician, Eric was fantastic. He was professional and very courteous. He provided an estimate quickly which was very competitive compared to the big National companies. Since I was happy with the estimate he started to work right away. Each time he needed to go to his truck he put new covers on his shoes which I appreciate because we have light carpet. Although he ran into a couple of unexpected issues he addressed them quickly and as promised there were no additional or hidden charges. I definitely recommend Mr Rooter and Eric and will be using them for all of my plumbing needs in the future! Lastly, it's always nice to support a local business. Thank you for your excellent service!

Johnathan Gray was A very knowledgeable and friendly gentlemen. He did a great job and we will definitely call on him again and ask for him personally! Very pleased with our service!
So plumber was professional, kind, and went out of his way to be helpful. Hes also a great salesman and sold me two additional things that I had not planned to buy, and stayed late to get the things done. Highly recommend Marco. 3 stars is because of response time and the cost of service. If I call in the morning and you tell me you will be there in the morning rather have AI tell me, then keep your word dont wait until almost noon to call me and tell me your company is delayed. Later on we asked if there was a time estimate so I could go shopping or do other things I had planned and got a nope sorry no time frame. And the price to snake..not talking about any add-ons, or anything fancy.. $308 to snake my kitchen sink, and he said thats the price for not going all the way out to my main line (which was less then 50 feet away). That is the companies price for a standard localalized snake. Thankfully it worked out that he accidentally snaked to my main line so I got that for free. I guess if you have time to wait and are okay paying more for service then you would elsewhere then definitely go with them, they have really good workers. If you are on a budget call around and ask other plumbers if they can beat $308 for a simple local snake.
We had a minor leak in our kitchen sink. A drain had to be replaced and it was a fairly quick process. The associate, Johnathan, was very polite and professional. The repair was very pleasant.
