I had a great experience with John and James, I recently had my kitchen remodeled and it’s flawless. I had a strict budget and time frame and they stayed under budget and right on time. This was our second time working with CSI, specifically with their contractor, Oscar Moran. He remodeled our bathroom last year and we were quick to contact them again for the, much larger, remodel of our kitchen! Oscar did an excellent job and we would definitely have him back again for future projects. Our kitchen remodel was quite extensive. It included removal of a load bearing plaster wall and replacing plaster walls with drywall, removal of tile flooring and refinishing the hardwoods underneath, cabinet, countertop and appliance installation, recessed lighting movement, reframing doors and windows, adding a gas line for our range, plumbing, electrical, and a beautiful tile backsplash. He did pretty much everything for us, and did it beautifully! He also stuck to his predetermined timeline of 3 weeks. Oscar is a joy to work with. He communicated well with us about any issues that arose (which happened a few times with our 90 year old home). He managed to make our brand new kitchen compliment our old, character-filled home beautifully. We can't say enough wonderful things about this company.
