Keith and his team were excellent. From the first phone call, they were clear and honest about what to expect and took time to explain the leak detection process in simple terms. They came out for an initial visit to find the source of the plumbing leak, then gave fair, upfront pricing for the repair. The leak was fixed quickly, and the work was done with care. After the repair, there was a small follow-up issue, and the plumber returned the very next day to take care of it at no extra charge. Everyone we spoke with was friendly, professional, helpful, and thorough. It really felt like they cared about doing the job right and making sure the plumbing system was working properly before they left. We called them again later because of the great service the first time. This visit was for a toilet problem, and during the inspection they found a couple of larger plumbing issues that could have turned into bigger repairs if they had been missed. Miguel and Harold were able to handle everything the same day, which was a huge relief. D & D Plumbing responded fast to fix a kitchen sink leak at my Columbus home. Harold replaced the drain piping with updated parts and made sure the sink plumbing was working right. After the repair, I thought I noticed another leak, so I called back, and he returned promptly the next day to check everything again. He took the time to inspect the area carefully and found that the plumbing repair was solid. What I saw was only a little splash from the wash-down handle area, not an actual leak. Later, my water heater started leaking, so I called for another inspection. Harold came back with Elias, and they explained clearly that the unit needed replacement. They installed the new water heater smoothly and efficiently, cleaned up well, and made the whole job easy to understand.
