Great work from the mother's day findings all the way through the job! The crew was very knowledgeable and worked together. Answering all my concerns and the final layout of putting the yard back together was great. Mr Rooter plumbing of Cleveland did a fantastic job
I used them to find and repair a blockage in my drain line. They snaked the main drain line 2x and after finding that my old cast iron plumbing was failing they quoted me to replace the failing drain line out of the house and the interior main drain that were cast iron. The work they did was fast but low quality. I have several issues with the work they performed. My main bathroom toilet was installed out of square with the wall. My main drain line that they replaced is crooked with a union in the middle because it doesn't line up correctly. The concrete repair looks extremely bad and is not level with the floor. They left trash on my property. They didn't clean up any of the sewage water they spilled on my floor after snaking the drain. Not to mention the small things like my toilet being dirty after they re-installed it, wax residue from the wax ring being left on my floor, the water lines that went to my vanity in the basement being held up with a bracket drilled into the wall while they worked... For $10,000 this was garbage quality work and I would recommend using anybody besides them.

I had Mr. Rooter at my house in December 2025 to replace all my old clay piping from my house to the street. They actually did a fantastic job with the replacement. They unfortunately left my concrete walk by the front of my house unleveled. To this day in June 2026, the concrete is uneven and looks terrible. I have called Mr. Rooter numerous times to get this addressed and I have never received a call back. It seems they are using an AI receptionist that either doesn't forward these calls, or they just ignore them. Would not recommend as communication and call backs are non-existent.
The Mr.Rooter technician, Alexzander Hernandez, who came to our house to remedy our sink drain problem did an excellent job. He explained what our problem was and proceeded to correct it. He was courteous, professional and efficient. Alexzander is a definite asset to your company.
Darli was phenomenal. He repaired two separate leaks that damaged my kitchen ceiling. He replaced two faucets and a toilet. He installed shut-off valves and a pressure reducing valve. His work was very neat and workman-like. He was very respectful to me and my property. Before starting the work, he provided options. With all of that work, he minimized the mess. I highly recommend him.
