I got five quotes to replace our roof and gutters. Ben was the most responsive and lowest quote. His crews were on time and hardworking and cleaned up everyday leaving nothing behind. Jessica regularly kept us informed with changes and updates. They also did some siding repairs, replaced some rotten wood, and improved our attic ventilation and insulation. Highly recommend. Our house looks great and we're very happy with the results.
We had a complete roof replacement done by Roof Rangers. Having to replace your roof is financially painful but when you have to do it, you want the balance of price, experience, quality materials, professionalism, and warranty. We did extensive research on these components and decided to go with Roof Rangers for the following reasons: balance of price competitiveness, warranty, quality of materials, transparent contract terms, professionalism, good financing options and excellent reviews. We had one quote that was slightly less expensive but offered by far less value because of no real warranty, lesser quality materials and hidden gaps in the contract with the potential to become more expensive. Here is the bottom line: Roof Rangers exceeded expectations: communication was beyond excellent, we had clear expectations on what would happen on build day, the roofers worked incredibly hard, any concerns were immediately addressed and our new roof looks amazing.

As someone who rarely writes reviews, it would be remiss of me not to do so. I called 10+ roofing contractors in an effort to have shingles repaired which had zippered during a recent high wind event. After a week, when none of my calls had been returned, I reached out late on Friday afternoon to Roof Rangers and was startled when my call was actually answered. Jessica took the time to assuage my concerns and also to instill confidence that I had finally stumbled onto the right folks. The following Monday morning, Ben was at the house to assess the damage. Ben has a depth of experience and possesses a wealth of information that was both calming and reassuring. Less than 24 hours later, Ben had provided us with a quote. When I called the next day to inquire as to what the next steps would be, Jessica offered to have a crew out that day. The guys arrived when expected and with the needed materials. Not only did they make the repairs, they inspected the overall integrity of the roof, calked a few corners and nailed down a handful of shingles. In less than 48 hours, we went from worrying about the impending weather and whether the roof would remain water-tight to complete peace of mind. Going forward, Ben, Jessica and Indy Roof Rangers will be my "go-to" folks for any and all repairs. And, if an Act of God, should lead to a complete roof replacement, these are the ONLY people I will call. Integrity, ethics and a sincere desire to "do the right thing" are values they live by and for which we are grateful.

Ben, Jessica and the team are outstanding. As an HOA president, I was impressed by their honesty. They came to remove snow from one of our buildings experiencing a leak. I wanted them to do the other 23 building to avoid possible future leaks but Ben said, because of the way the roofs are designed, removing snow could cause problems where none exist. It would be better and cheaper to let the weather improve and do preventive maintenance. This is a rare find today. Indy Roof Rangers gained my respect and the respect of our property manger who's considering them for several other properties they manage. I plan to use them in the future. Highly recommended!
