Robert U. was the electrician that came to our house to replace the 35 yr old external breaker box / electric panel, and he did a great job. He and his assistant also adjusted a high ceiling light fixture, talking taking the time needed to make sure it was perfectly leveled. I would definitely recommend their work.
Excellent experience! William identified the issue easily and not only fixed that issue but a few others! They were also very reasonable in pricing! William was very professional, patient and transparent with pricing. Gave me excellent advice regarding prioritizing which services needed urgency and which could wait. Great customer service! Mr. Electric gave me a quote for replacing my damaged electrical panel and a few midwifed light switches. The electrician came out and looked at my issues and wrote up an itemized quote. After reviewing other companies’ quotes vs value received, I chose Mr Electric. William D. (Master electrician) did an excellent job explaining what was wrong and how he intended to fix it. He was professional, knowledgeable and transparent about everything. He also cleaned up after the work was done. I am pleased with the result and feel much safer having all of the issues addressed without breaking my budget.
