We used Dave for significant home electric upgrades: consolidated replaced all old panels with modern panels, replaced old wiring in multiple locations and added grounded outlets including the kitchen, installed surge protectors, etc. Team did a great job, quality work, very timely communication, got our power back on within a day. Dave took his time to get us comfortable with the scope - his team values doing the job the right way. Would definitely recommend!
Carlos is very knowledgeable and so kind! He showed up to start work and got to it immediately. Once he was done he walked us through everything. He was very respectful of our space and responsive to our questions and cleaned up after himself. Will definitely be using them for any future electrical work

Definitive Electric did outstanding work on multiple projects for me across the Houston area. They installed a three-phase electrical panel and disconnect for a metal building in Waller County. The work was professional, completed on time, and exactly at the quoted price. They handled all permits and coordination with the city, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They also replaced the electrical panel on a brick house in Houston, again handling all permits and completing the job professionally, on schedule, and on budget. In Pasadena, they upgraded the electrical service to a home by digging up the old service to the house and installing a new electrical box. They also trenched and ran electrical service to a backyard building. Every part of the job was done efficiently, on budget, and with great attention to detail.
I hired David to install a transfer switch at my house so that I could quickly plug my generator into my electrical box to keep my house online during an emergency. David took the time to answer my questions and offered a few suggestions and some alternatives to help me make my final decision. I think what I appreciated the most during this stage was I felt David was just trying to help me and there was no pressure or attempt to upsell. I even feel that he educated me on the electrical system in my house for free. After we came to a decision on something that worked in my budget David went to work and quickly got the switch installed and completed all testing and trouble shooting in under 2 hours. The install was extremely clean and professional looking and I know it only adds value to my house if I ever choose to sell it. I usually don't write reviews and my profile can attest to that but occasionally I receive service that I feel deserves it. With something as important and dangerous as electric don't hesitate to call the best.
