Simply fantastic work by Sam / Calvin / and the whole Cousins crew. Through-out the very long process of designing, permitting, and building my deck in the Southside they were always available, always willing to discuss options, and always on-point to keep me updated. The communication was excellent throughout a process that took well over a year. They simply were a delight to work with. And the results……. I’m blown away not just with the quality of the deck, but with the quality of the little things, like treads on the stairs, or the re-shingling of my kitchen roof. I had my 14 year old roof replaced on July 16, 2026 by the local company of Cousins Roofing, Siding, and Decks. The entire experience was not easy to accept but very positive and reasonable. There was water damage inside the house from the very intense ice storms back in December/January. It was determined that a repair may not take care of the problem entirely and it could not be a guaranteed fix. I decided to have the whole roof replaced to ensure the repair was permenant. Calvin and the rest of the Cousins crew were professional, courteous and thorough with implementing the whole process to replace the roof. Right from the start when I received a text with a photo and bio of the representative coming out to evaluate the work and a quote, the customer service was above board. The whole experience was very impressive and of the highest standard. I highly recommend this company for any roofing issues that we homeowners must deal with over the years.
