Great company and excellent service! Had them install my furnace and air conditioner many years ago. Had my AC go down during hot weather and called first thing in the morning. The technician Logan was there by mid day and diagnosed the problem quickly to a relatively inexpensive electrical component that he had on his truck, fixed. Tech was knowledgeable, professional and nice.
I'm giving Woodruff and Smith Heating, Cooling and Plumbing 5 stars. Jacob is amazing he explained all the details in ways for me to understand. He replaced my pressure rotator and water extention. Just had Christian from Woodruff and Smith out to check our a/c that was frozen and not cooling. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He got the a/c working again and gave me advice on keeping it maintained. He also cleaned and inspected the unit. I was very impressed with his knowledge and actually asked to sign up for the maintenance plan they offer for twice yearly maintenance and cleaning as long as I could have Christian be my tech! Very good experience and quick same day service, I definitely recommend Woodruff and Smith.
Mike came to our house today to evaluate the efficiency of our air-Conditioning unit. I know it’s been very hot the last five days, but I thought it was possibly working too hard. He informed us that for its age, it was working as best as it could. At this point we began to discuss the possibility of replacing the air-conditioning unit. He was very knowledgeable of your products and did not try to hard sell us on the most expensive unit that you carry. He even gave us time to consider our options. I appreciate his honesty and I’m very happy that I contacted Your local Veteran owned company. Great service from Jake Richert from Woodruff Smith Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing. Jake told me that there was the possibility of old pipes cracking when he snaked the clogged bathroom sink. There were no cracking of pipes and the sink is draining properly once again. He will be back next Friday do other work. Update: Jake was back today to install new kitchen faucet and water line for the refrigerator. Excellent service! He thoroughly explained everything he did and he advised me with some helpful information. Jake is always polite and he cleans up the area after a job. I highly recommend Jake from Woodruff Smith Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing. I would have no hesitation to call them again for services.
