I highly recommend taking your car to have work done at McNeilly’s. They are kind, fair and HONEST most importantly. If you are a woman like myself who doesn’t know a lot about cars this one of the few solid places I would recommend. They won’t take advantage of your ignorance. They are good decent people working here and God bless all of them for that as you don’t run into that all the time.
Took my 2018 Honda CRV for a tuneup and they quickly discovered a broken part that the dealer missed. After replacing it, my gas mileage went up almost 50%. They are super easy to work with and nice people!

I've been using McNeilly Automotive for over 20 years. Mark and Dave are straight shooters and I've always been treated very fairly. Recently, I had a check engine light come on and took it to McNeilly. They diagnosed the issue and after researching on line, found that the issue was a common one for the year the vehicle was manufactured and may be covered under warranty. They then referred me to a trusted dealer. They didn't need to do that, and could have simply made the repair and I wouldn't have been any wiser. I'll continue to deal with them for all my normal automotive needs.
