I have been a patient of Dr. Bates for over 30 years. Over the years I have faced routine health care and some serious issues. Dr. Bates and his staff have always been there for me whenever and wherever I happen to be. In recent years, I have had a hip replacement, Rotator cuff repair and back surgery. Dr. Bate's PA Belinda Heywood has helped me navigate the processes necessary to get successful results. From scheduling the testing required and removing any obstacles that popped up she has been there for me every time. Even after hours and weekends, she would promptly return my calls and take care of any issues I might have. Recently Belinda and Dr. Bates have guided me through a successful weight loss program and to date I have lost over 60 pounds. I look forward to many more years of good health and great care I know I will receive from Dr. Bates, Belinda Heywood PA and the entire staff. Keep up the great work!

Belinda Heywood is amazing. Recently had an 18 day hospitalization. Not only did she visit me, she kept in very close contact with my daughter. My daughter is a nurse and was most impressed with Belinda.
Belinda Heywood is an outstanding medical professional! She has been there for our elderly parents and has communicated clearly with all of us children, as we help to support their care. Belinda is highly competent, explains options clearly and thoughtfully and is thorough in her medical assessments and understanding.
