Dr Willis (and really all of the staff I've met) have been absolutely awesome. They listen to what my concerns are....like really listen. The staff has always been super-nice and helpful. Even when I had an issue with the app (which is not their job) they made sure I got in touch with the right people and followed up with me to make sure everything was working right. Dr Willis is unlike any doctor I've ever had. Again, she really listens to my concerns and explains everything to me. I love that she makes sure we're in sync over my care plan. I've recommended her to lots of people.
I had a great experience here! I was a little skeptical, having not been to the doctor in a few years, but Dr Willis was great! I was having a particularly rough day when I came in. So it was really great to see the rest of the staff there that day, Rene and Kalea, were really warm and welcoming. This has become my go-to doctor's office!

Dr Willis is amazing! The staff I have interacted with both in office and through the app are very caring and helpful. So glad I found Dr Willis and the One Medical app.
Dr Willis is the best. She is extremely personable, caring, reassuring and thorough. I decided to try out One Medical to have easy access to care when needed and that desire has been fulfilled. The facility is beautiful and modern. I've been able to easily schedule appointments using their user friendly app and be seen pretty quickly. Not only that, I've been able to get medications sent to my pharmacy remotely using their "Treat me Now" option and also have had a referral sent (also remotely), after a specialist was giving me the run around. They have helped taken the stress out of situations multiple times. I feel it is worth the membership and we are strongly considering having my husband become a member next year as well. It also feels good to say that I finally have a PCP- which I really haven’t had a consistent one for most of my adult life so I hope Dr Willis is here to stay :). The only thing I will note; when I had my appointments towards the end of the first half of the year, there was only one provider. Which means all of my appointments began late. It does seem that Dr Willis has help now (when I reach out via the app) but not sure if there are more 'in person' providers yet. Dr Willis is always pleasant, and doing it all on her own so I don't mind waiting but just something to note.
Nice place. Would recommend. Friendly staff, efficient check-in, and my appointment did not feel rushed compared to the big offices I have been to. Overall a very positive experience.
