It’s always difficult to find trustworthy mechanics, especially for European cars. I had an excellent experience working with The Import Mechanics. They kept me informed throughout the evaluation and process, making sure I was aware of everything going on with my FIAT. They were very knowledgeable and helpful so I felt I could trust them completely with my car. They also offer loaner cars at a very reasonable price if any extensive work is required and check your car back clean to you! I’m so glad I found them so I don’t have to go to the dealership, where I had multiple terrible experiences.

We've been trusting The Import Mechanics with our cars for over 10 years. Even though we've moved a bit farther away, we still make the effort to bring our cars to them. We have them do oil changes, tire rotations, scheduled Toyota maintenance, and even switch out our summer/winter wheel sets. The Import Mechanics were easy to deal with. From making the.appointment to picking up my car, there was no waiting. Peesonal service and communication were excellent, especially the program used to inform me of work needed, costs, and options. Easy access and user-friendly.
I was in a pinch with just buying a car in Denver with a long drive back to Florida. The car threw a check engine light the morning I was going to leave. These guys fit me in and checked over the car, and fixed the faulty sensor. If I were local, this would be the only shop I would use. Very friendly staff, good communication and reasonable pricing.
