Jared was quick with his diagnosis and we have scheduled to have the problem fixed 3 days after it was diagnosed and that is great. Jonathan and Alex showed up as scheduled and were able to diagnose all of the issues with the furnaces. They were able to replace many of the parts that needed replaced and they even cleaned out mud bobber nests which caused much of the issues. Great group of people with competitive pricing and responsive staff.
Please read this review so you realize what you are getting. I had a number of plumbers come to assess my plumbing issues over the years with the last plumber leaving a 10 foot cable in my drain which caused significant backup. Not only were their assessments thorough, sending a camera down the line to diagnose appropriately, they gave me the most reasonable long term solution which was cost effective. Despite seeing the other plumbers failure, John the manager remained thorough in his assessment, was extremely professional, humble and kind. He worked up a plan and then brought his other plumber, Chris, who then removed the snake very quickly, and despite having to cut a access point, Chris left no evidence of dust or debris and worked quickly. Finally, I also have a medical condition which causes seizures in clusters. Both John and Chris tended to seizures with kindness, empathy and professionalism. I cannot say enough about their attitudes, their kindness and their diligent work. It is a massive relief they found a simple soliton to a big problem, and again, I’ve had at least 5 or 6 companies here. Thank you so much for sending these amazing humans!

I called in the morning after my furnace had gone out and would not restart after a power outage . The lady that I spoke to, Katie, was able to get me scheduled right away and stayed in touch with me to let me know when the technician would get to my home . Very pleasant to talk with. The technician, Garrett, showed up on time and was extremely professional. After diagnosing the problem and having to go get a new motherboard, he installed the new part and everything worked great. He took extra time to service the unit while he was here. I have nothing but good things to say about this experience with Westland Heating and Cooling.

After comparing several brands and receiving multiple quotes, we ultimately selected Trane and Westland as our installation company of choice. From our initial call requesting an inspection and quote, the service from Westland Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing was exceptional and straightforward. Our first impression was spot on. Ryan Z., Zack K., and Isaac L. did an outstanding job installing our complete HVAC system and hot water tank. From the moment I phoned Westland until my water heater was replaced 6 hours later, the staff was knowledgeable and professional. The service men, Isaac and Paul, were quick and efficient, as well as polite and friendly. I would recommend Westland for heating and air conditioning also. They have been instrumental in servicing the HVAC system at Westlake United Methodist Church. I also recommended them to a neighbor last winter and they came out on a Sunday afternoon to get her furnace back up and running. I can’t say enough great things about Westland and highly recommend them.
