I went to this office a couple of times when they still accepted my insurance (Premera Blue Cross). At first, I really liked them. The staff were friendly, the view from the chairs was beautiful, and they even offered nitrous oxide, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience changed after they stopped accepting my insurance. I had already booked a cleaning appointment, so I went ahead even though coverage was limited. During that visit, the hygienist suggested that I might as well stay with them because my insurance might not work well elsewhere—which felt more like a sales pitch than genuine advice. They told me I had three cavities and implied that it was because I hadn’t chosen an optional fluoride treatment they recommended previously. I later went to another dentist (who does take my insurance) and brought the paperwork over. That dentist personally examined me and told me I had no cavities—just a few areas to watch. It really seemed like the original office was exaggerating or inventing problems to make money, which was disappointing and felt unethical. When I asked if they had recommendations for other dentists that took Premera, they told me to just look online, which wasn’t very warm or helpful either. Overall: if you have insurance they accept, you might have a decent experience. But based on what happened to me, I would be very cautious about trusting their treatment recommendations.
