A few years ago Mountaintop installed a metal roof on our home. We were very happy with them and decided to have them install a metal roof on our rental property because the asphalt shingle roof failed after only 13 years. The new installation was just finished and it looks amazing. From signing the contract to scheduling, everything went flawless. Sage did an amazing job keeping us up to date in regards to material delivery and start date. Honestly, this is the most hard working crew. They were putting in long days to get the roof done. Roman and his helper worked all day, ever day until 8pm. They cleaned up any debris in between to make sure the area around the house is spotless. Super nice and polite. A metal roof is the way to go in our climate, it provides peace of mind and will outlast any asphalt roof. We are so happy knowing we don't have to worry come fall when it starts raining again. Thank you!!

We are delighted with the look and quality of our new roof. After exploring roof options, Mountaintop offered a metal roof that complements the architectural style of our home. Once we made the decision to move forward with a new roof, Mountaintop made the process easy. They provided samples to help us confidently select the shingle color and texture. Mountaintop’s professional, responsive communication throughout the project supported our positive experience, including communications with sales and office staff, installers, and foreperson. We are very happy with our decision to work with Mountaintop Metal Roofing.
We interviewed several roofing contractors, for both asphalt and metal shingle. We knew metal shingles would cost roughly twice what asphalt would. We are counting on it paying off in the life of the roof which should be more than twice that of asphalt shingles. Two aluminum shingle quotes were competitive and one was twice what the others were for what we felt was an unattractive product. We went with Mt Top Metal Roofing and their Permalock embossed shingle because of the clean look of the finished product and the company standing behind the product and service. The roof was installed over 3.5 days with an efficient, responsive, tidy crew. We are very pleased with the results. A separate crew from Mt Top did a great job replacing gutters and downspouts. There was one minor miscommunication which was worked out easily. We were assigned a construction project manager who worked through the miscommunication but didn’t see him. That was not really an issue as the installation team was experienced and efficient. The communication with the office staff and Damon from sales was great.
From start to finish Mountaintop Metal Roofing was kind, courteous, and professional. I was impressed how hard the 2 man crew work on our complicated roof. The roof beautiful and we should never have to worry about replacing it again. Thank you Mountaintop Metal Roofing
