Let's be honest, most people don't have a favorite dental hygienist. I do! And it's Catherine. I've lived in several different states and have seen plenty of dental hygienists over the years, so I don't say this lightly: Catherine is hands-down one of the best. She's incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely passionate about what she does, and somehow manages to make a dental cleaning feel relaxing. She's gentle, thorough, and always takes the time to explain what she's seeing and answer questions. On top of that, she's just an absolute joy to be around. She's warm, friendly, and has the kind of personality that makes you actually not dread going to the dentist. I recently moved north of Dallas, so I can't see her anymore, which is honestly one of the biggest things I miss about my old dental office. When one of my former dentists recommended my new office and I heard Catherine might occasionally be there too, I got ridiculously excited at the possibility of being her patient again. That's probably the highest compliment I can give. If you get Catherine as your hygienist, congratulations! You've won the dental lottery.

I highly recommend HFD, I have a great experience every time. My dental hygienist, Ashley, is so fun to chat with (as much as you can with your teeth being worked on), and very careful with my sensitive teeth. After going here several years, I finally have less anxiety about getting my teeth cleaned because I know she does such a great job. First time with Dr. Linda who was also very kind and took the time to explain everything. She took a conservative approach, not jumping into any procedures right off the bat, which is always appreciated. Again, highly recommend!
