Pauls has always been great to work with for our business fleet of vehicles. From quick routine items to diagnostic and repairs. They are always quick to get us in and out. Pricing is always reasonable. Highly recommend
I try to use local, small businesses when possible rather than large chains. Asked to have a flat tire repaired and reinstalled. Receptionist said "They're gonna send you to Tire Discounters. We don't have availability for that." I realize it's a small job, probably not much profit in it but small jobs lead to positive word of mouth which leads to large jobs. Off to the large chain to give them my money.
Long time customer of paul's garage. Got many of my friend's and family to start going here over the years. Last interaction was poor. If Jason tells you something is wrong with your vehicle, get a second opinion. Jason is confidently wrong and could really cost you a lot of money if you were to take his advice. I hate to say it but I can no longer suggest this business to anyone. Not sure who owns this business but I'd have a talk with your employees and perhaps teach them to treat your customers with respect not cocky rude behavior. You are no longer my first choice for services on my vehicle.

Best vehicle repair company in the city!! I’ve taken my cars/trucks from other shops who couldn’t figure the problem, but Paul’s Garage get the job done EVERY TIME!! Hate being a customer but glad I found them!
I was traveling from Indiana to Maryland to see my son and his family for Christmas. Car trouble! I found this place online and hoped for the best. I GOT THE BEST! I needed an alternator. No appointment, only a prayer. He squeezed me right in, fixed me up, and I was back on the road a lot sooner than anticipated. He clearly could have sent me on down the road, but didn't! I highly recommend.
