We had a fantastic stay at Kasa Cadillac Square in Detroit. The unit was spacious with a full kitchen and kitchen/bathroom was fully stocked with all of the necessary amenities.. The bed was very comfortable. The property hosts were very easy to work with and were attentive and promptly responded to all of our questions. The location was ideal, only minutes walk to restaurants, tavern, ballpark and river walk. Highly recommend.
I was here for a concert and had a great stay! The location is an easy walk to Little Caesars Arena, and there were plenty of late-night food options around after the show. Having a 7/11 literally right downstairs was also super convenient. The room itself had some really nice features. My view of the courthouse and other buildings was amazing. I especially appreciated the full kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer. Each bedroom also had sound machines, ear plugs, and sleep masks. The automatic blinds were a cool touch as well. A couple of small things could be improved. I found it inconvenient that the only trash cans were in the living room/kitchen and bathroom, none in the bedrooms. So I had to leave the bedroom to throw away my midnight snacks. Our room also had no laundry pods but we sent a text to housekeeping and they got us some right away. The only full body mirror was in the bathroom in a weird spot and the room could use some minor touch-ups in the unit, but nothing that took away too much from the experience. If you’re coming in for a show or concert at LCA, I highly recommend staying here!

We loved the Kasa Cadillac! The room was perfect and spotless and the location was very convenient.The kitchen had everything needed and coffee was provided. Big plus! Earplugs, sound macine and sleep masks were provided, but this area of Detroit was very quiet so they were unnecessary. We were a little concerned about the virtual check in, but it was so easy and the staff was very attentive and helpful. Every question we had was answered within seconds. We will definitely be back!
Such good value for basically an apartment. Loved having the full kitchen, coffee, washer/dryer. Unit had large windows with a lot of light, and the decor was modern. We stayed in a queen studio and it felt like plenty of space for the two of us since everything was laid out in a functional way.
Kasa was exactly what we we looking for. Really great price and we were so happy with our room and quality. Check-in/out was super simple, especially as we were getting into town quite late. The room was very cute and had a unique, individualized feeling and didn't necessarily feel like just another hotel room. Will definitely be considering Kasa for our next stay!
