Best experience I have had with a dentist office, very impressive! With a tooth emergency at midnight, I was able to quickly book an appointment online for 9am (wow). Everyone is very friendly and I appreciated the team’s transparency when it comes to price and what’s covered by insurance. I have had so many experiences at dentist offices where I’ve been surprised by price at the end of a visit, or have felt up-charged and disappointed in the service- this experience felt very fair. While being surprisingly punctual, I felt like Dr. Navdeep wasn’t rushing at all. She gives her honest opinion and you can tell she cares about the quality of her work. So happy I found them, would recommend 1000 times over!
Amazing experience in past. They did a great job on my vaneers. But something has changed in the way the office operates. Office manager called me and wanted me to come back it give them a try again. But after a long conversation and promises to follow up she failed to do so. It's so sad for me because I've been patient there for years. My DR. Is Great but his staff needs training in how to speak to clients and how to follow up. In my conversation with the office manager she acknowledged there were issues and said she removed some staff due to this but then she failed to contact me as well. It's been weeks !!! Maybe they don't want me as a patient any more and that's ok just say so. Any one else have this issue? If so please give a review so that the DR. Can maybe get a handle on this issue .

I felt the dental care was good but the place is a factory! It was so crazy busy, noisy, and people coming in and out of the treatment room. My DDS has already left the practice too in under a year. I decided to go back to my old DDS, who I loved but is a 20 mile drive from my new home in Turtle Creek. I like a smaller niche firm with one, maybe two DDS. This place was just not for me. I text them this feedback and I never heard back from them acknowledging me or my feedback. So that helped confirm I made the right decision.
Turtle Creek Dental is hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The entire staff is so kind and welcoming, and Dr. A is truly amazing—super gentle, patient, and made me feel completely at ease (as someone who has little dental experience, I know it’s terrible). I had several fillings done recently and both the procedure and recovery was unbelievably smooth. Doctor. A gives ample breaks, has the lightest touch, prioritizes your comfort the entire procedure, and truly doesn’t rush his work. I am truly so excited for my healthy teeth journey now and can’t believe I’d ever feel that way. I’m genuinely looking forward to my next appointment—and if you can’t say that about your current dentist, you should definitely try Turtle Creek Dentistry. Enjoy the photos. 😂
I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but I wanted to make an exception for Tanya, the dental hygienist who provided my recent cleaning. She was exceptionally attentive, thorough, and professional throughout the appointment. Her careful approach and genuine care made this one of the most comfortable and effective cleanings I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Tanya and the practice to anyone seeking high-quality dental care.
