I just got back from INDIANAPOLIS and I stayed five days at the Staybridge suites in Carmel. I Can’t say enough positive things about my experience with the staff and the accommodations. Everything was newly remodeled and freshly painted very clean. The laundry was complementary meaning there was no charge to use the laundry facility. The staff Was attentive and went over And above from the time I checked in . To top it off I lost my bracelet there and I didn’t even know it. When I got home, there was a voice message saying housekeeping found my bracelet when they were cleaning the room. And they put it in the mail for me. I really appreciate them and I can’t again. Can’t say enough good things about the staff and the facility.
Well I'm here for work so the location is perfect from my work location and great food options. However the internet goes out more than often. I was stayed at the hotel from Feb,27,2026 until April 9,2026 I checked out earlier than my original reservation because I couldn't take the inconvenience any longer. My room was changed 4 times during my stay. Which I no longer felt comfortable during my extended stay. I really wish more was done as far as having to be inconvenienced as many times that I was very unpleasant stay because the issues that arised could have on been avoided I won't add pictures because like I said they were accommodating as far as moving me to another room each incident however it came a point where I just was no longer comfortable and I was tired of having to move rooms at no fault of mine it was exhausting and it made me feel undervalued to be honest I wonder how the other guest were treated as far as room selection

Overall, a pretty good hotel with a good location just North of the outer belt. For us, it was close to Carmel Center for the Chriskindlemarkt and minutes from a large selection of restaurants and stores. We arrived around six on a Wednesday and their social night was going on with Bingo, so the desk response was a little slow. A bit disappointed that I was not given an upgrade given my Platinum Elite status (I checked after check-in and there were quite a few larger rooms available for the length of our stay). Check-in was straightforward and our room was very clean. There is a full-blown upgrade of the hotel in progress, and we got one of the newer rooms on the second floor. Our room (249) was a bit away from the elevators and pretty quiet with a view overlooking the courtyard. The small kitchen was well equipped, though the coffee maker was a standard one and did not work very well. We are more used to a single-used coffee maker. The refrigerator was good sized and there was complimentary microwave popcorn. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the heat/AC even had a deflector to keep the heat/cold from blowing right up the curtains. The staff was very nice and pointed out some local restaurants and activities. The social hour was good with free beer/wine and light snacks (Italian night with meatballs, arancini, and a Tuscan-style bread). Breakfast was very good with a yogurt bar, fresh coffee, make your own waffles, tea, juice, a few cereals, and a large selection of scones. The breakfast/lobby area was very comfortable and there is a nice "den" area with comfortable chairs and a couch in front of an enormous television.
My brother and his wife rented a room here. I thought the accommodations were awesome! They should replace the coffee maker with a $20 single serving Keurig though. But the room was fantastic. I could totally live in one myself. Very cozy with a built-in kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, stove top, nice little closed off living room area with a big screen and two full-size beds with a nice TV as well.
I loved my stay at staybridge in Carmel, all services were attentive, timely, and professional. The rooms were nice and well taken care of, the available food, especially during social hour, is a great addition and I definitely appreciated it before and after work. On Wednesdays they do bingo where you can meet people and win prizes through bingo games. The hosts at social hour are amazing to talk to and people that really make me feel at home in my time away.
