Absolutely Heating and their team are awesome. My family and I are so appreciative of their dedication to ensure my family got a heating system that fit our family needs in a timely manner. From the first call to them, I felt a connection that would see the entire process through for me. Deandre showed up to my home evaluated it and recommended options that fit well for me. Dave worked with me through the financing process and gave me options that were quick and affordable to get my home heated quickly. Never thought I'd be able to have a brand new state of the at boiler in my home, but Absolute Hearing and Air came through and helped me and my family at a critical time. The crew that installed it started until the job was done. They worked in the cold and finished it in a day. I'm a single parent 4 and grandmother of two less than 1 month old grandsons and they made it happen. They are caring, committed and honorable. Trey B. did an excellent job repairing our AC. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very polite throughout the process. He also made sure the repair was done properly. Whenever he needed anything from us, he communicated respectfully and professionally. We truly appreciate Trey and Absolute Heating is absolutely doing their 100% for their clients since the time they visited until they finish the job and made our AC works. Their price estimate is very reasonable for us. They gave us options to choose and it works to us. Highly recommended Trey and Absolute Heating and Air for anyone needing AC repair!
I don’t give out 5-star reviews often, but this team earned it. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and precision. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and actually took the time to explain the issue and options—no pressure, no upsell. The work was clean, efficient, and done right the first time. You can tell they take pride in what they do. If you want an HVAC company that respects your time and delivers results, this is the one.
I scheduled a maintenance check before a move and they called the day of to tell me that they could not do my maintenance that day because they didn't have enough techs because they were busy with "no cool" issues. While I appreciate that they were prioritizing people who needed assistance, they tried to push the appointment out by 2 weeks, which is unacceptable. I was unable to get an AC check done before a home inspector came.
