Needed some work done on my truck and the first quote I got from this shop was way higher than I expected. Figured I’d give them a call anyway and see what was up. The mechanic picked up, asked a few questions, and straight-up diagnosed the issue right there on the phone. Turned out it wasn’t as bad as we thought. He got me in the same day, fixed it quick, and didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of extra stuff. Super straightforward guy and honest service. Saved me a ton of time and money. Will definitely go back if I need anything else.
Called Zach at 6 got here at 7 got right to work, He knew what he was doing for sure fixed my water pump on dodge journey 2018 in under 3 hrs granted he had to go and buy another part. Really knowledgeable guy gets work done quick no leak in my antifreeze now

Zack is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work, not to mention he has integrity when it comes to business. This is a quality you rarely find in this kind of business. I definitely recommend his services if you need a great mechanic!
I called Zach at 5:30 PM in search of someone to do a water pump on our 2010 Toyota Highlander. This man showed up at 7pm and was done by 10:30pm. I didn’t experience any “no call, no show” like the others have reported, thankfully. I’m extremely grateful for this guy and his knowledge in getting this job done. Thanks again, Zach and I’ll definitely be keeping your number in my hip pocket for future needs.
I live in Florida. My widowed father stays in Florida during the cold months and travels back to his residence in the Spring. My daughter and I travel with him when he wants to be in Ohio. Couple years back, I got a used Jeep Compass that had already been "ridden hard and put away wet," but has continued to "take a lickin', and keep on tickin'." Soon as we got to Ohio, several issues are needing to be taking are of, but the most recent was the engine light started to flash...Woah! And then it turned solid. Quick scan told me it was a coil. Well, I had already taught myself how to do that...so I got everything I needed and unplugged the coil. Attached the extension to the rachet and then spark plug socket. BUT I spent HOURS trying to trying to get the spark plug out. I could not get it seated. Man oh man....I had not realized the boot of the coil had broken off and was still in the cylinder. Now...this car has all kinds of issues...one of them is the master window switch needs replaced and I just learned how to do it but haven't yet ordered the part. I was parked in an area of town that you can't just leave a car over night with windows down. My son knew of a mobile mechanic that he called, and within an hour, after he finished the job he was on and before his next job, he was on site digging that dag gum boot out of the cylinder. And instead of making me finish replacing the spark plug and coil he grabbed the parts I had assembled to do it myself and he finished it lickity split! Much appreciated....as a 60 year old lady, teaching myself mechanic stuff and doing it myself because of limited resources....well, I felt like I had my very own knight in shining armor. Zack, you were on point, on time, and rescued me when I was beginning to panic that I'd have to sleep in the car to and stay with it because of those windows not working! As you diagnosed, it needs alot more done....but thank you so much for agreeing to help me keep it alive long enough to get something else at end of fall. I don't often leave reviews, because I don't often feel impressed enough to put my thoughts in writing. When its deserved, I want everyone to know how much the time, knowledge, and expertise meant to me. And you DEFINITELY deserve to have an ATTA BOY for taking care of this struggling, mechanic "not" wannabe Mama/Nina.....who has learned more than she ever wanted to know about cars. You not only did me right, you charged a price that made me gasp with unbelievable shock.....just over half "a buck". You made me safe, you taught me how to do it myself if it happens again, and let allowed me to keep my dignity by charging a rate that was affordable. Keep up the great work and ethical standards. You made me a very happy lady!
