Garrett from Mister Sparky was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on, walked us through our options without any pressure, and made sure we fully understood the work being done. What really stood out was his attention to detail and respect for our home. He worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and didn’t cut corners. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with great communication skills, but Garrett absolutely does. If you’re lucky enough to have Garrett assigned to your service call, you’re in excellent hands. We would not hesitate to use Mister Sparky again because of him.
I cannot say enough about my incredible experience with Jamieson and Mr. Sparky!! Jamieson was not only an expert at what he could do as an electrician, but also polite, extremely considerate, and well-mannered. He also had great communication skills - we had to slightly adjust the position of my sconces, and he told me exactly why. In the end, it looked incredible! I would not hesitate to request services again from Mr. Sparky, and would recommend them to all family and friends!!!

We recently had Bryan from Mr. Sparky upgrade our electrical service to 200 amps and install a new breaker box, and we couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, Bryan was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with. He handled everything smoothly and with great attention to detail. His communication was clear and consistent throughout the project, keeping us informed and confident at every step. It's clear that he truly cares about the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his customers. The workmanship was top-notch, and the project was completed efficiently and cleanly. Bryan went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, and the results exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Bryan and Mr. Sparky for any electrical work – you're in great hands.
I am very pleased with Mr. Sparky! I had power out in a part of my home that affected security and received same day service. Tony did an excellent job identifying the issues and fixing the problems immediately! He went above and beyond in explaining, fixing and even cleaning the areas at issue. I would gladly recommend Tony and Mr. Sparky. They will be my ‘go to’ company for electrical and air conditioning issues from now on. The company I usually use wasn’t available until 8 days later. At least they recommended Mr. Sparky!
Tony was great, very knowledgeable and gave great advice. The downside is their pricing is significantly higher than market rates. They charge a 69 dollar fee to come out so was already at a loss if I decide to go with someone else for the repair to save money. Total repair ended up being 250 dollar because one of the wires came loose in the light switch from an electrical surge we had the night before during a storm so the switch went bad and needed to be replaced. Can’t say I’d recommend based on pricing. Edit* I understand the 69$ trip fee is normal, however it was said on the phone when I requested service that if I went forward with the repair the fee would count towards the repair. This is also a normal practice that I have seen when ordering service from other companies, but this company did not reflect this in their billing
