I have had Jennifer Jung, MD, as my PCP for at least three years now, and my most recent appointment with her did not disappoint. She was courteous and knowledgeable as usual. She's a good listener and covers my lab results, etc., with me and doesn't talk over my head. I had another appointment with Dr. Jung recently, and she was the same courteous, professional physician.
I chose Dr Jung sort of randomly from a list of PCP's in my Cigna HMO. I am very delighted with her and her staff. Very friendly and on top of their game. I would recommend Dr. Jung to my friends seeking care. She is also a Gastroenterologist. 👍👍
Always love visiting Dr. J. Jung- her demeanor is very professional and she listens to my questions and issues well. She is attentive and spends time to explain things to me so I understand what is happening with my health. Both my husband and I are patients. The office wait time is between 15-40 mins. They can improve this problem by being more careful about time.

Wow, been a month and between Dr Office, CVS United Health care and Optum mail rx's can't get diabetes medication filled. So sad someone can't follow through and do thier jobs, Have another medical issue have to see specialist to see how bad it may be, so overwhelming.
I appreciate Dr. Jung’s calm manner and her patience. She always asks if she can pray for me before the end of the visit. I’ve had trouble with other PCPs and she’s been a wonderful change.
