Wonderful customer service here. I flew in and missed the last shuttle of the day, which is no big deal, but the front desk lady kindly apologized and offered to refund me my Lyft ride. I refused her offer, but she still gave me a free water and a late check out. Bed and pillows were comfy. All staff interactions were so pleasant and inviting.
I saw all those terrible reviews. But for $125 a night, last minute due to canceled flight, I'm a happy camper. Hotel does need some updating and repairs. But it was clean. No bedbugs, I checked. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was standard with eggs, sausage patties, bagels, bread, cereal, waffles, bread, juice, coffee, yogurt, and probably something else I missed. I'd stay here again. FYI airport transport is not everyday or consistent, so plan ahaead. Oh and I didn't smell any musty smell. But I did smell the Lord's lettuce. 🤣

Super convenient to down town and old town without the price tag, parking fees, and having to pay for breakfast at swanky downtown locations. Very clean! Staff is friendly and helpful. Bed is comfy with a variety of pillows. There are some poor reviews out there, we didn't find any of it to be true. Some people are just never happy.
Had been staying here w my dog for a few weeks due to a personal situation. The stay was fine and staff was nice up until I had to check out and rebook due to an unexpected problem. Everything was fine until I rebooked again for 3 nights. It wasn’t until I got to the desk for check in that I was told they’d refuse me to stay there because my pet “damaged” the room. He is a husky mix and I’m sure it was the hair on the carpet which I tried to help on my end because I know he sheds a lot but this is a pet friendly hotel…. You should expect pet hair… so upon being refused to stay they also refused to refund 3 nights so now I am out $300 when this all could have been avoided when I said I would possibly be coming back I would have never rebooked in the first place. Maybe with the $300 you all robbed me of you can invest in better cleaning supplies if PET HAIR is considered damages you “can’t fix” (what I was literally told) I’ll be calling corporate in the morning. To add on I was gonna keep my negative reviews to myself since most of the issues I had were minor but here we are -side door key does NOT work consistently (maybe fix that with the money you all robbed me for) I was repeatedly told “keep key away from car keys phones debit card etc) literally kept it away from all of those and it would STILL not work and would have to walk all the way through the front and down the hall to get back to my room WHERE THE KEY WORKED PERFECTLY FINE. And it was not just a me issue bc when I would leave I would notice there’s others leaving a rock in the door to get back in as well. I probably had about 16 keys my entire stay bc they would just not work. -the entire hotel smells like a severe sewage issue came about not just dirty mop water, SEWAGE. I brought my own plug in just to be able to tolerate breathing -AC also smelled bad when turned on -the breakfast is bad, eggs are watery and hardly any options -the second room I had #107 the tub was dirty as well as the paint was peeling and the fridge did not get cold so the little bit of food I did have was not edible the next morning. AC also smelled bad when turned on in that room. Overall I had no issues with staff personally they were all nice as well as housekeeping.
Not quite what we expected. When we walked into the room, there was a slight musty smell. We had two rooms, and one of the AC units wasn’t working properly. The restroom had a loose toilet seat and a shower faucet that needed attention. The pillows seemed a bit worn, and part of the flooring was missing. We understand it’s not a new hotel, but a little maintenance would really help. Overall, the stay could have been more comfortable.
