We stayed here for a week for a national level swim meet. We had an wonderful experience! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean & the breakfast/ restaurant food is really good. Tom, Jacob, Lakeya, Jeannie & Maria are a few of the exceptional employees at this hotel. The staff seem to really enjoy their jobs and enjoy helping people.
We had a very spacious corner room..1607. It is a little dated. There were small stains on tue couch cushion, really no big deal. I did have a problem with the big patch job over the bathtub. The hotel is in a very good spot and it is walkimg distance to alot of things. I like that there is a parking garage right there and you have in and out access without having to valet it. The breakfast is good but nothing spectacular. The happy hour reception was also good. The pool is very clean, but i think the jets on the hot tub were aimed in the wrong spot leaving alot of water on the floor....so much that there were several squeegees in the area....overall fpr the price it was a very pleasant stay

A great hotel in an excellent location. Everything is within walking distance. The happy hour and breakfast are a wonderful luxury at this hotel. Clarissa did an amazing job keeping the happy hour/breakfast area clean and presentable. Food and drinks were delicious and I love the custom made omelets. The pool and hot tub are very nice and well kept. The rooms are clean, but the air conditioner is not the quietest. Overall, great stay! Thank you!
A pleasant one night stay, passing through on our way back to Wisconsin. Room was clean and comfortable. Don in housekeeping was especially efficient and helpful. Maria at the breakfast area is a joy and it was nice having some short conversations with her to learn she has been working there 30 years. Front desk, Jennifer, is another very pleasant person. The staff definitely met Hilton's standards for customer service. Hope to come back again.
Everyone was great, especially Jannie! She brightened every breakfast. I enjoyed staying at this embassy. The inly reason I gave it four stars was because the bathroom door was on a roller, so it never fully closed. Also, the maid only replaced the towels and fixed the beds. She didn’t sweep or vacuum the carpet. Outside of that, I thoroughly enjoyed myself and will stay again.
