Stayed here for a night and was impressed by how big the unit was especially the shower. Kitchen has full size fridge. No microwave but basically everything else you need including pots. Clean and very friendly staff.
Great place to get to know Los Angeles, with an excellent location in Downtown. I stayed there with my family, and the apartment was super comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The fact that they provided cleaning supplies like laundry detergent, sponges, and more was a big plus—we didn’t need to buy anything extra. The kitchen was very well equipped, the bathroom was spacious and very comfortable, and the bedrooms were roomy, although with limited storage space. The only thing to consider is that they don’t have their own parking. We had to use a parking garage connected to the hotel, but since it’s external, it came at an additional cost. I would definitely stay there again.

First time staying in DTLA and I am not a fan. However this building was nice to stay despite it's lack of amenities. They have a sister building a few poop covered blocks away for a terrace, unequipped business room and kitchen, and gym. The hotel room is basically a large studio apartment with a dishwasher but no microwave which was odd. The bed was too soft but there were lots of pillows. The shower is open and the floor gets wet, the water pressure is not great and the showerhead needs to be changed to a handheld showerhead. There is a washer and dryer in the room which is amazing. The dishwasher door came crashing down on the top of my foot so bed careful. The area is somewhat loud and you could hear the upstairs neighbor walking or something to that effect. The front desk and security were kind and helpful along with the housekeeper. The room looks great but there are definitely some maintenance issues that need attention. I would not stay again due to the area and the water pressure and lack of a handheld shower head in the shower. I just don't understand how they expect people to get clean without one.
While the hotel is nice and the visiable areas are clean, save for behind doors (grease hand prints), there is no way to contact a guest or any employee (front desk) physically located at the hotel. The phone number listed is for a virtual front desk that, according to them, is not capable of connecting a phone call to the building, nor do they have a phone number on file to dial yourself. In an emergency, or, in my situation, lack of cell signal at the location (common for the area it seems), this is an unacceptable failure in service.
Rooms ard nice staff is very friendly (they even have a doorman). Great price not in the best area does have everything you might need pretty much nearby.
