I recently stayed in a suite at Gila River Resorts & Casinos and it was an absolute five-star experience from start to finish. The suite was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and spotless. The modern décor, plush bedding, and floor-to-ceiling windows made it feel both luxurious and comfortable. The amenities were top-notch — from the oversized bathroom and soaking tub to the separate living area that was perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Every detail felt thoughtfully done. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the entire stay seamless. Between the great dining options, lively casino atmosphere, and relaxing vibe of the suite, it truly felt like a getaway. I can’t wait to come back — highly recommend upgrading to a suite for the full experience!
All in all, it was great it was quiet. The beds were nice and comfortable. The room was totally clean. The shower was great the prices of the waters and the alcoholic beverage that was there was way way overpriced in my opinion, but other than that if you didn’t drink or didn’t need anything from that and brought your own, it was it was really nice. The view was great. It was really good. I could’ve slept all day and night. But who sleeps like that on vacation

Was here for a conference, must say the highlight was interacting with Maria M. in the business center. She was really wonderful. Went above and beyond to make sure all my shipping and receiving needs were met. While being ultra kind and friendly. The front desk staff were also wonderful. My room had no AC I tried to get it fixed 3 times before the staff upgraded my room into the newly updated tower. The new room was nice, comfy beds. My only negative feedback for the room would be, the room phone lights are brighter than the sun and I could not for the life of me turn them off so I had to cover them with towels when going to bed. The casino dealers were a lot of fun and overall it was a good experience.
Lots of room on the casino floor. Games are sectioned perfectly and they technically have 3 high limit rooms. So many different food and beverage options and great food comp. They just added bubble craps which I love. Rooms are clean and very nice with great mountain and desert view. The bathrooms are always kept up and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming.
My review was greatly impacted by the service we received on Super Bowl Sunday at Wild Horse Pass in the Upper Deck Bar. We came in about 30 minutes before the game and asked for a table for 2. There would be a wait (understandable). We were seated in 15 minutes, but still busy. And everyone was so friendly and courteous...we definitely felt that 4 Star service! So thankful to Andrew, Val, Moana and Garrett...they made it so special. Garrett took such good care of us throughout the evening...very pleased with the whole experience.
