My wife and I are very pleased with the professional service and quality work done on our home by Stay Dry Roofing. Stay Dry replaced our roof shingles, gutters and downspouts, trim pieces on the Gables, and the siding above our garage door. These pictures do not do it justice since these are winter photos. I added a couple of spring photos. Notice the red siding which was added by Stay Dry. A small amount of siding made a huge difference in updating our home. Damian King is a great salesman, not pushy, and keeping us informed each step of the way. Our insurance company didn't want to pay anything out for damage and with Mr. King's help half was paid by insurance for a 17 year old roof. Thank you Damian and your entire crew for going above and beyond.
During the high wind storms in March we lost shingles off the front and back of our roof. Stay Dry was one of the first to respond to my request for a quote. Damian King came out very quickly and was straightforward about what could be done and how much it would cost. It was very reasonable, happened very fast, and looks great. I highly recommend them!

I rarely do reviews however, my recent experience with Stay Dry Roofing was so outstanding, I'm taking the time to do a write up! Hope people find this helpful in their decision making. My old roof was 20+ years old and of builder grade, needed an update! I did my research between several contractors, selected Stay Dry based on documented good/solid reviews and my interaction with their service representative when they performed their on-site inspection, estimate - no personal/internal warning vibes. I wanted a material upgrade, primarily, enhanced protection against hail/wind damage based on class of shingle (Class 3 and UL 2218 compliance testing) and other components. (Think insurance discount!) The price quoted was very comprehensive (Detailed line-item break out) and competitive when compared to other estimates I received for a higher quality product - they won the bid! Deposit paid, work scheduled two weeks later. Materials delivered on a Monday; crew arrived on Tuesday at daybreak and working under very grueling conditions (Current heat wave) until all was completed by sundown - a 14+ hour day for them! The crew was very professional, courteous, and focused on quality work and effort. No collateral damage to siding, windows, landscaping, driveway, yard, etc. The cleanup was ongoing throughout the demolition and installation process and was continued the next morning when they came back and executed a comprehensive walk around, final inspection. I never had a contractor leave this clean of a worksite before, truly well done! The new roof looks fantastic, warranty on materials and labor in place, and they worked with my insurance agent to process the homeowner's insurance discount. I'm feel confident about my roof being able to handle the remaining Indy summer and upcoming winter storms! I cannot recommend this company and their team members high enough! They will do a very good job for you with quality materials and skilled professionalism at a competitive and fair price.
Stay Dry recently replaced our roof/gutters due to hail damage. Not only were we extremely satisfied & happy with the results, but we were also pleased with the level of service our Sales Rep Matt Songer provided! He went above & beyond during the entire process. He even stepped in on install to periodically check progress, take pictures and report to us while we were out of town! He kept us advised throughout! Matt also was instrumental in helping pick out perfect roofing colors to fit our home, even scaling a steep roof to place multiple samples on various areas on the roof so we could visualize the end result. The charcoal shingles were perfect for our home and love the added touch of the black drip edge that Matt suggested (what I like to call eyeliner for our home) which provides a perfect “pop” to specific architectural areas! Matt was also extremely helpful managing the insurance claim - from start to finish - to ensure us a seamless process. Matt and Stay Dry get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️s from The Bakers!
I got an estimate for gutter replacement. We noticed some of the fascia board would be replaced but no problem. As the install guys tore off the gutters, ALL of my wood holding the gutters on was rotted or gone. Stay Dry Roofing stepped up and helped me out BIG TIME. Helped me finance within 30 minutes for a major repair. More guys came out within an hour and started work. They did a fantastic job! Cant stress enough how this could've easily turned into a nightmare for me. Thank you to the crew that came out, Crystal Janice and Damien for making this as easy as possible.
