From the moment we arrived at the JW Marriott, the experience was impressive. We received an incredibly warm welcome, and the bell staff was attentive from start to finish. On more than one occasion, they even took the trash from my hand as they opened the door for me — a small gesture that really stood out. The hotel smelled amazing upon entering and was beautiful, clean, and inviting throughout. One of the bell staff members personally walked us to our room, unloaded our luggage, retrieved the luggage rack from the closet, and placed our bags on it for us. That level of service is becoming increasingly rare and was greatly appreciated. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I especially appreciated that the two extra pillows I had requested were already waiting in the room upon arrival — that almost never happens and was a wonderful surprise. The bathroom rug was a nice touch, the soaps smelled amazing, and there were plenty of toiletries available. The complimentary coffee vouchers were another thoughtful perk that we enjoyed. The room temperature ran a little warm at times, and the gym was quite crowded during our stay, but neither issue took away from an otherwise excellent experience. Overall, the JW Marriott made a fantastic first impression and delivered a wonderful stay with exceptional service and attention to detail. I would happily stay here again.
Stayed a week and had a wonderful stay! I really appreciate Felicia providing excellent customer service! My flight changed and I landed earlier in the day but she was able to accommodate me! She went beyond and above! Will be returning! Also the housekeepers took excellent care of my rooms even the days when I left later in the afternoon. Dre the valet was so nice and sweet! Really enjoyed myself. Such a great staff!

The service is great here. Upon check in, you feel like you are the only person they are taking care of. Shawnee in the Marriott Lounge is an absolutely wonderful team member. She also treats each of the guests as if they are the only person she is serving. She smart, articulate, and funny! I thoroughly enjoyed meeting her and appreciative of her. Delia was amazing as well! I look forward to the next two days here.
Fantastic hotel. Check-in with Alexander was outstanding. Housekeeping was the best I’ve seen because of little details, organizing the personal bathroom items neatly was such a nice touch. Had a great interaction with Joshua at the front desk as well. Some of the gym equipment needs to be dusted, just a minor thing. I will be raving about this hotel to everyone. I’m a hotel manager in Fort Lauderdale and have been definitely enjoying my stay. Thank you to the whole team!
Great location, great restaurant service, and friendly front desk staff! Unfortunately other areas fell short. If you get assigned a room near the elevator, change it…you’ll hear the elevator going up and down all through the night. Additionally, the AC unit is very loud. The combination of the elevator and AC unit noise made for a sleepless night. The room was comfortable and clean but for being a JW, I expected a spotless room. I found multiple stains on the bathroom wall. I wouldn’t recommend staying here considering the better options in the area.
