I paid over $400 to have a broken tooth removed, and I left the doctor’s office in unbearable pain. I was not prescribed any pain medication, and now, almost a week later, I am still suffering from pain after a procedure that involved removing just one tooth 💔. Dr. Atwood showed no care or concern for my well-being. As a person of color, I truly felt dismissed and unheard. No patient should ever be treated this way, especially when they are in pain and trusting a doctor for help.
Corporate decisions on staffing is horrible. Staff onsite are extremely kind, helpful, and, professional, but COMPLETELY criminally understaffed. Only one dentist and one assistant. The dental assistant had to leave mid-procedure for a lunch break (legally mandated timing). The single dentist was hopping between patents trying to handle everyone (three rooms). He did a great job, but it both took forever, and, probably could have been better work if he had less to focus on. And if he didn't have to do two people's job for a while. Corporate needs to step up.

Absolutely phenomenal place to trust you’ll get quality and empathetic service. I don’t have dental insurance right now but definitely didn’t mind paying the cost since the Dentist was personable and cared about my treatment. I was a human in her chair, not just a number. I wish I lived here so I could keep a dentist like her! The staff were equally as gentle and patient as well. All around great place for dental services!
Staff are nice, dentist was nice and understanding. Now it is my fault I neglected my teeth. But this place felt like a bait and switch. Did the comprehensive exam, my insurance cover's one per year. Found several problems, got quoted 9000 plus to fix it. But they office only does insurance plans through affirm or sunbit. They do not just allow payments plans directly through their office. When I got home called the UW school of dentistry and another dentist a friend recommended in Northgate. They both can do the service. Both of them WILL accept payments plans directly through their clinic and not force you to use a credit company. But now I need to wait till the new year because this company used my one comprehensive exam for the year. $50 and an hour or so wasted. If you have a dental emergency I'd just go through a local ER and ask to see their on staff oral surgeon at this point. At that point at least you'd be able to setup a hospital payment plan.
I've had two root canal. Everyone is exceptional at their jobs. They go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. I recommend them
