We really enjoyed our stay at Bluegreen Downtown Nashville for July 4th weekend. The location is hard to beat. It's an easy walk to Broadway, Printer's Alley, and plenty of restaurants, but it's still quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. Our corner room was much larger than we expected, and the bathroom was huge. The walk-in shower was great and had dispensers for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable. The only thing we noticed was a little cosmetic damage to the bed frame, but it didn't affect our stay at all. The staff was friendly, and while we were invited to attend a Bluegreen Vacation Club presentation, we declined and there was no pressure afterward, which we appreciated. If you're expecting a big hotel with a fancy lobby, breakfast, a coffee shop, or a hotel bar, this isn't that kind of place. But if you're looking for a clean, spacious room in a great downtown location, it's an excellent choice. Compared to many other downtown Nashville hotels, we thought it offered great value for the money. We spent most of our time out exploring the city anyway, so it was exactly what we were were looking for. We'd definitely stay here again
Location and service are great! Our room overall was ok, but there were issues. First the floor was like my high school floor, just an epoxy, cement floor, which was completely cold and a little slippery when wet. Then our door latch lock didn't work well, very loose. Lastly the shower was just painted over. All the tile and grout in the shower was painted over. When the floor gets wet you can see the dark grout shows through. The caulking i. the shower was kind of joke. The room wasn't horrible, but these things bugged me. Easy to get to Broadway and Printers Alley is right next to it and the Ryman is very close. My wife had stayed here before and says she didnt remember these issues in her previous stay.

We were in Rm 1002. The room was comfortable and the ac kept up with the desired temp. There was a mini fridge, closet, chair, and desk. The location is fantastic and Broadway is a walkable distance. We used Valet but there are several overnught garages nearby.
It would be perfect for a couples getaway. Rooms were small, however shower was huge and amazing. Hallway carpets were VERY dirty/stained. Concierge desk needs to get their act together. While friendly, they tell you one thing and more than half the time, it's not correct. $25 for room service, I asked to have my room cleaned, however the linens were just left in the room.
Danny the manager and Matthew the bellman were so nice amd helpful. The valets were very attentive. The rooms were very nice and clean. The hotel was within walking distance of downtown. We walked nightly. We just had an excellent experience.
