The hotel is in an ideal location in downtown Nashville. The rooms are inviting and comfortable. The polished floors are different and take getting use to but decor is comfortable. I like the bonus of a Keurig in our room. The employees were very helpful and friendly.
Five star for their outstanding customer service. They are in their renovation period so I won't knock them on the outdated furniture. The location is 8 min walk from Broadway and close to the Ryman. There is no vending machines or small quick service but there are corner shops and a Walgreens nearby. Its not vacation style units as its part of their cityscape collection. So expect the rooms to have a small fridge, desk chair and king size bed. Side note: all rooms are king size beds. Due to the site being in a historic building microwave and ice machines are located on separate floors. City building view.

Over priced and they nickel and dime their members. Hey you can stay here, but we turn off the coffee machine before noon, if you wanna park it must be valet and that's almost $60/night bwahahahahbaba and they valets are slow and they hold your keys next door at hotel indigo. It was the week before New Years and the hallway was freezing, so we had to jack up the heat in the room. The shower has rusty metal shelves, and the adjuster knob is so finnicky, you go from Luke warm to scorching hot. Have to use a fob to get in the elevator (the other one is broken) and if two people are going to separate floors the fobs don't always work for both floors. There is no lobby to relax jn. Because Hilton has taken it over so BG can push members into the Hilton program, and if you don't do it the Hilton guy treats you like trash. But hey - they want happy owners (if words only)
The rooms require some remodeling. The door stopper didn’t work, so I had to hold the door to get the bags in. The room felt humid the whole time we were there, despite lowering the temperature. The paint was chipped or looked like it was patched a million times over. However, the bed, sheets and towels were clean and comfy. The shower pressure was great. The quality of the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion were good. Great location to walk downtown and leave your car in valet. Front desk was very nice and the text to ask for the car or more towels and such was nice. They checked in throughout the whole stay.
We cannot say enough about the Valet Team particularly Mohammad and Haacar! Those guys went out of their way every day and went far beyond what is usually the experience and expected. Give them the five star review!!! Hope to see those guys next time.
