A great example of their dedication: while I was away in Los Angeles, my neighbor noticed a leak at my place. My pressure relief valve had failed and burst the L-shaped PVC connectors. After a referral, I reached out to Brett, who arrived within an hour. He fixed the leak and installed new piping right away. I had been quoted over nine hundred dollars for this same repair by another company, but the final cost here was about half that price! The customer service was excellent—friendly, responsive, and really went above and beyond. If I could give ten stars, I definitely would. Highly recommended for anyone needing plumbing work done!

He found the real blockage, which was actually about 200 feet away from where the first company worked. Brett explained two different solutions to us and made sure we understood the process for both. Communication was clear the whole time. In about a week, they replaced the entire 300-foot line with a brand new one. The work was so clean that you could barely tell any landscaping had been touched. What started out as a stressful experience turned into one of the best service jobs I’ve ever had. I really wish we had called Brett’s team from the beginning. From now on, I’ll be using them for any plumbing work. Recently, our water heater stopped working. I called Brett’s team again, and within four hours they came out, gave me a quote, picked up a new upgraded water heater, removed the old one, and installed the new unit.
