We had an outstanding experience with Corcoran and Harnist Heating and Air Conditioning! From the initial assessment to the installation and follow-through, the entire process was seamless and professional. Jordan and the entire team were amazing to work with. They took the time to assess our needs, clearly explained our options, and provided exceptional service every step of the way. The installation team was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and left everything clean and in perfect working order. What truly set them apart was their commitment to customer satisfaction and their excellent follow-up after the installation. It’s refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cares about doing the job right and standing behind their work. I highly recommend Corcoran and Harnist Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone looking for quality workmanship, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. Thank you, Jordan and team, for a fantastic experience!
On December 12, 2025, I had my annual service maintenance to have my furnace looked at. There was a charge for the service of $159.65. About 2 to 3 hours later, I noticed water on the floor. The water is slowly dripping from the side pipe connected to the furnace unit. I called Corcoran & Harnist back and they sent out a second person. The second person did whatever it is that they do but at the end explained that water is dripping inside the furnace and it’s a small puddle that will drip from the pipe once it gets high enough to drip out where it's connected to the unit instead of the pipe that’s draining into the floor. He said it won’t cause any damage to the furnace itself as long as my heat is on everything should be fine. I'm concerned because there was no water when the initial service person came out and I paid for the services he never mentioned the water issue. Can y’all tell me if this is an issue or not? Please let me express. This is not a complaint. I’m pleased with the service from this company with past experiences. I have been using them off and on for a few years. I’m wondering if water dripping from the unit is a concern? This is not a complaint. Corcoran and Harnist has a great team, and I will continue to work with them in the future.

We had a fantastic experience with Corcoran & Harnist Heating and Air Conditioning. Jordan and his crew were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy from start to finish. They cut through the bullshit and talked my language — just straightforward, honest guidance without the sales pitch. Our old HVAC system was 21 years old and we had some tricky ductwork challenges in the basement. I felt reassured knowing the lead installer was also a home inspector and paid attention to the details instead of just swapping equipment and leaving. You could also tell Jordan’s hands-on tech background made a difference in how practical and honest his recommendations were. The team treated our home with care, handled our 2 dogs and 2 cats like pros, answered every question patiently, and even helped set up our thermostat and temp sensor for the warmest room in the house — aka “Hot Pockets.” 😂 We chose to move forward privately instead of through our home warranty so we could move fast before summer heat hit, lock in rebates, and secure 0% financing. Jordan came Tuesday and installation was completed that same Thursday and Friday. If you’ve ever experienced humid Cincinnati heat with indoor temps pushing 90°, you know how big that was. Local West Side company. Came in as contractors, left feeling like friends. Highly recommend.
We have been using Corcoran & Harnist after our coil sprung a leak while it was still under warranty. I quoted me a number in the $1,200 and $1,300. I asked why it was so expensive since the part was under warranty and his response was that the labor would be around a thousand dollars. I told him I’d think about. As soon as he left I pulled out the yellow pages and looked at a few pages and decided to call Corcoran & Harnist. It turns out that the guy that answered the phone was the service manager. I asked how much it would cost to replace the cool. He said $225-$250. He offered to come over and look at. He was here in about 30 minutes. Best decision I ever made. We’ve been using them ever since. Every one of their employees I’ve encountered do a great job. We use their winter and summer check-ups which helps a lot. I’ll never switch to anyone else. Just had the summer prep periodic maintenance performed on my wife’s and my home’s heat pump system. As always, Corcoran & Harnist always performs consistently outstanding work! Dan Mangold performed this work in exemplary fashion, explaining his observations and answered my questions using terms I could understand. His professional and friendly demeanor made me glad to have him come into my home. Corcoran & Harnist and Dan, keep up the fantastic services you provide homeowners like my wife and me!
