I’ve had a really good experience with this dental office. The dentists and staff are all very friendly, welcoming, and professional. They always make me feel comfortable during my visits, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. The office itself is great, and I would definitely recommend people to come here for dental work. The only issue I’ve consistently had is getting ahold of someone by phone, since they don’t always answer calls. I think that’s something that could definitely be improved. Other than that, I honestly love this dentist office. If you want quicker answers or appointments, I’d suggest stopping by in person because the service there is always great.
A terrible experience receptionist we're not mindful of patients timing or balancing smooth patient flow I had to ask repeatedly to give me follow up to be informed I waited 3 hours past my appointment 1st visit and 4 hours past my 2nd visit appointment. I do not recommend anyone to go to this half of dentist employees were unprofessional Receptionist are not in uniform did not politely update and apologize to patients for the appointment's being slow. The only employee that was great and professional was Security. Total Care Dental & Orthodontics are supposed to be committed to delivering comprehensive and exceptional dental care to help and take better care of every patient This location service is FAR FROM GREAT.

I went on Saturday to get three wisdom teeth removed before the procedure the dentist explained what he would do and were very professional. They were so attentive and caring making sure I was relaxed and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location. My recovery has been going so well I have not experienced and pain or any bleeding.
My 90-year old mother had a 1 pm appointment and it was 2:30 and they still hadn’t seen or called her! every time i ask they say she is next. This by far the longest we have ever waited, the longest at another place was half hour and the staff let us know and apologized. what is up with this kind of service? totally wasting time especially as we arrived before 1 pm to fill out the forms. We finally said we couldn’t wait anymore because my mother was getting very hungry and tired (she’s 90!) and i asked to have all the papers that i filled out because she made it clear we WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE! They refused to give the papers back and one of the front desk ladies asked if i wanted to talk to the manager. i said YES even though my mother was adamant about leaving ASAP. Then the lady gave me back the paperwork that i filled out. i asked where the manager was and Wow, she was rude. She made me wait and then told me she was at lunch. when i asked why she didn't tell me sooner she said "whatever!" Seriously?!? that attitude! No apologies but pure rudeness.We left after waiting over 1 hour, 40 minutes. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!! can’t believe it. Reading other 1 star reviews completely validates our experience. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE NO OTHER OPTION!
