The hotel was excellent and absolutely worth every penny. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The property was beautifully maintained, and it was clear that great attention is given to cleanliness and upkeep. I honestly couldn’t find anything I didn’t like. Everything was perfect from the spacious, comfortable rooms to the overall ambiance. I was especially impressed with how well the entire property is maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Rooms are clean and equipped with refrigerators, microwave and coffee maker. Breakfast is included but haven't tried it yet. Recliner chair in the room with a large screen TV hung on the wall. I will certainly be back. Pet friendly as well. Did get a chance to sample the breakfast and it was great. There were eggs and breakfast meat each day as well as breads, pastries, oatmeal, cold cereal. I enjoyed starting my day with hot eggs, juice and coffee. And the hotel staff was very friendly and did a great job keeping everything well stocked and clean!

Really clean hotel. The room was big and very spacious. Staff was very nice and helpful. Pool and bonfire areas were good too. The breakfast area was clean and there were plenty of options even for vegetarians like me. Food area was clean and everything was kept properly and arranged. Highly recommended
My wife and I had an amazing Honeymoon at this hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was better than most hotels I have stayed in, but the crux of what made our stay in the hotel was the front desk staff. Megan and Jenn specifically made it incredibly enjoyable and an easy experience. When an issue came up with our booking through a third party in which we would have had to move rooms mid way through our trip arose they both went above and beyond to find the best solution for our issues. We will be exclusively stay ing at Livinn for our future trips to cincy. Thank you both so much for the memorable stay.
6/3/26 I'm coming back to say the $50 hold was released, however it was not immediately but the following night I do believe so that's a plus that I did get it back! The TV didn't have alot of channels to choose from which I wouldnt have minded at all if it instead were a Smart TV. Atleast then, I could've mirrored/streamed from my cellphone. It rained alot during our stay so we spent alot of time in the room which takes me to my next issue the pool! Friday night pool time was exted until 10:45 to kids cool no biggie besides that only left and hour and 15 minutes for the adults to enjoy. By the time I did get in the water that night it was quite cloudy and the water was freezing! I didnt come down Saturday night but I tried again Sunday night and could not get in the door with the wristband or room key so that was disappointing as that was my last night! One of the things that drew me to this hotel was the indoor pool recluse outdoor pools did not open until Memorial day which is when I checked out. I read a few old reviews about the pool but assumed the issues wouldve been taken care of by now but they weren't! In the future I would like to stay again in hopes to see improvements! Lastly I booked on booking com and I swear I paid a $50 fee of some sort and even my email said I wouldn't have to pay anything else prior to my stay but I was charged $50 at the desk upon checking in. Okay so fast forward I checked out Monday and the $50 is still pending on my card! The lady at the front desk told me it would come right off once I checked out. I had asked for a paper receipt as well just in case and a lady told me ot wouldn't have the $50 charge on it and it didnt which i thought was weird! Overall I would like to give 5 stars because my room was clean and comfortable and that matters as well but I have to give a 3 for the above reasons!
