Our recent stay at the Westin came during a week of extreme weather, and while there were certainly challenges, we truly appreciate the effort and care shown by the team throughout our event. We arrived during an ice storm and understand that many circumstances were outside of the hotel’s control, including staffing limitations. While check-in took much longer than anyone would have liked, the staff worked hard to support guests as quickly as possible under difficult conditions. Once our conference began, the team remained attentive and helpful at every turn. There was some noise bleed from the event next door, but the staff did their best to assist and ensure our sessions ran smoothly. Food overall was enjoyable, and although one lunch entrée missed the mark, the rest of the meals were well received by our group. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff. Tommy Lynch and Sarah Anzelmo went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine care made a lasting impression and turned a challenging week into a supported experience. George from the banquet team was always nearby and ready to help, and Jared and the Encore team were quick, responsive, and wonderful to work with. While this was a demanding week for everyone, the heart and dedication of the staff is what we will remember most. Their commitment to service is what makes us confident in giving the Westin another opportunity in the future.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely incredible stay and could not have asked for a better experience. The Belmont Suite was stunning and truly became the centerpiece of our trip to Nashville. The room was beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable—especially the bed, which was one of the best I’ve ever slept in. The property itself was welcoming and impeccably maintained, and the service throughout our stay was thoughtful, professional, and genuinely warm. Every detail felt intentional, and the hospitality made us feel truly valued as guests. I travel often and stay at many Marriott properties, and this experience genuinely stood out. This was our first visit to Nashville, and this hotel played a huge role in making the trip so special and memorable. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Nashville.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were really disappointed by our experience at the bar. I ordered a lemon drop martini and was charged $15 for Tito’s, plus an additional $5 just for ordering it as a “martini.” I’ve never been charged an upcharge simply because of the glassware or style of the drink. My husband ordered an Old Fashioned and was charged $4, then $19 for a double. Yet the glass was barely 1/4 full and didn’t even cover the whiskey cube. For those prices, you expect proper pours and transparency. To make matters worse, the bartender offered me a glass of prosecco to “try,” which I assumed was complimentary — only to find a $14 charge for it on our bill. The pricing felt misleading and excessive, and the lack of clarity left us feeling taken advantage of. For a hotel that presents itself as upscale, the bar experience was anything but. That said, we did have a great experience with Blake from Valet. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and provided amazing customer service. Unfortunately, because of our experience at the bar, we won’t be returning.
I have stayed at the Westin a few times and my latest stay was an absolute ease. The valet guys welcomed me promptly and opened the doors to the main lobby of the hotel for me. Ali and her team were wonderful from the time I got there to the day I left. The front desk was a breeze with no difficulties at all. Atmosphere is always friendly and pleasant. I love staying there when I’m in town.
Here are my pros and cons.... Pros: The rooms are nice and clean. The beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. [Had an issue with the tv and it was fixed in minutes.] Our breakfast room service was excellent [Server, food ( a real omlette..real eggs)food was still piping hot] Cons: Decker & Dyer....The atmosphere good, servers good, drinks good, food sucks. Ive tried it more then twice..so its not a fluke. They need to change their menu. [Update your menu!!!!] Outdoor pool... [More like a kiddies pool] with glass sides so your body is magnified to the guest eating at the restaurant] No robes in room .....bring your own robe. If they would just revamp D&D....it would make a big difference.
