Our recent stay at the Westin came during a week of extreme weather, and while there were certainly challenges, we truly appreciate the effort and care shown by the team throughout our event. We arrived during an ice storm and understand that many circumstances were outside of the hotel’s control, including staffing limitations. While check-in took much longer than anyone would have liked, the staff worked hard to support guests as quickly as possible under difficult conditions. Once our conference began, the team remained attentive and helpful at every turn. There was some noise bleed from the event next door, but the staff did their best to assist and ensure our sessions ran smoothly. Food overall was enjoyable, and although one lunch entrée missed the mark, the rest of the meals were well received by our group. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff. Tommy Lynch and Sarah Anzelmo went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine care made a lasting impression and turned a challenging week into a supported experience. George from the banquet team was always nearby and ready to help, and Jared and the Encore team were quick, responsive, and wonderful to work with. While this was a demanding week for everyone, the heart and dedication of the staff is what we will remember most. Their commitment to service is what makes us confident in giving the Westin another opportunity in the future.
Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop lounge was cool with decent bar bites. The pool is small. I do wish there was better lighting in the bathroom and the makeup mirror had a light. At checkout, valet took 40 minutes for me and an hour for my sister to get out vehicles.

Pros: Fantastic experience. I liked the location; just a quick walk to the top of Broadway. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating; we were able to check in early with no concern, and even though there was a minor issue with the sink in our room, it was able to be resolved immediately with a room switch! They also were able to coordinate our friends rooms with ours, even though they arrived a day later. The room was very clean - it SMELLED clean, and the bed was super comfy. The daily snack stipend was nice and they had really good food in the restaurant! Cons: I have severe dust/mold allergies and as soon as the AC kicked on in the room i was sneezing like crazy. Also, the temp said 66 but it was probably 68 at the lowest. It doesnt seem like a lot but thats a huge difference when it comes to sleep! Would definitely book again. Last: there was an error with my bill so I had to call a day after checkout...Sasha at the front desk was super helpful and had it corrected in a few minutes! 👍🏻
We only stayed one night, but this was a lovely hotel. The proximity to downtown made it super walkable, while not being so in the middle of Broadway that it could be overwhelming or noisy. The rooms were quiet, spacious and of course soft comfy beds. The hotel felt new and clean and service was accommodating. The hotel design felt updated and upscale. When we travel to Nashville I would stay here again. The rooftop bar was quiet and lowkey the night we were there, but great to chill after the business.
Had a great stay here on a recent business trip. The hotel is beautifully decorated and my room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast in the Decker and Dyer restaurant is included for Platinum Elite and higher. The breakfast entree options are plentiful. I would like to recognize Takunda at the front desk for helping me with room requests, Joey S. At check in, Joan at breakfast, and Nathan at checkout. The housekeeping staff should be recognized for keeping the hotel and rooms very clean as well. The location is great as well- 10-15 min walk to Broadway, and I felt safe walking back at night by myself as well.
