I have been going to Dr. Agarwal for a while. He is the best. He takes the time to listen to you. Dr. A is very patient and kind. The staff at the Duncanville office are great.
Used to be the best, but that sentiment has changed as of late. He is not into care as much as he used to be. Poor service in the Southern Dallas community. What is the purpose of having a place that's not providing quality care?
Very professional and a caring Dr. He listen to your concerns. Best Dr you could ask for. His staff is very caring and respectful.

No problem with the doctor and staff; they're very nice and attentive. I just have an issue with the billing practices. I am not sure what to call this; I hate to say deceptive, but man... You be the judge. I simply went in for routine check up.. I was instructed to do a blood test. It was scheduled and after the results came back, I went to the doc to discuss them. Everything was good; no issues. 1 reading was on the 'high' side of normal so an additional blood test was suggested to see if that reading continued to go up. Well life happened and I have not yet had an opportunity to go back to do the 2nd blood test. I get a call from the Doc and I informed him I haven't yet taken the blood test. He let me know to just do one whenever I get the chance and contact them when I finally get it done at Quest. Well a couple of weeks went by and I get a bill in the mail for a consolation... $260 bucks.. ? I suppose since I got a call from the doc that counted as some sort of visit even though nothing was done at all.. he just asked me to get the blood test done. The call was a minute.. maybe less. $260 out the door for that? I like the office and I'll continue to go.. but goodness, I won't be answering any phone calls from them. Picking up the phone will cost you $260 a pop.
First time new patient, so far very attentive listen to all my concerns. I feel confident that he will be my doctor for now on. Explained all his concerns made me feel at ease that he’ll make sure I get better. Update...... can't reach the doctor.....
