They cancelled an appt and did NOT notify me. I called them when transportation didn't arrive. Then I was told the appt was cancelled. I was able to make a new appt for ONE MONTH in the future.
We love Dr.Shipman and her team.. We always feel l comfortable with the staff at this location. This should be the model for healthcare for ALL ages.
