Had an outstanding dining experience at Haywire—this place absolutely delivers on both flavor and quality. We started with the wedge salad and venison chili, and both were easy 5 stars. Fresh, well-balanced, and packed with flavor. The grilled meatloaf was next level—perfectly cooked, rich, and incredibly satisfying. Comfort food done right. We also tried the Barbacoa Stroganoff and substituted mashed potatoes instead of pasta due to gluten sensitivity, and it was fantastic. The flavors were bold, savory, and came together beautifully. The atmosphere was great—comfortable, inviting, and added to the overall experience. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, and the quality really stands out. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to.

My first dining experience in Dallas couldn’t have been a better introduction to the city than Haywire at Legacy West. I visited for lunch in November, just before the holiday season, and from the moment I pulled up, I was completely taken in. The exterior alone makes a statement—those grand wooden doors and the striking façade set the tone before you even step inside. Once in, the space opens up beautifully, blending a modern Western aesthetic with a refined, upscale edge. It’s expansive without feeling overwhelming, and every detail of the design feels intentional and effortlessly chic. The service matched the atmosphere—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Our waiter made the experience feel relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish. Overall, I absolutely loved the vibe of this place. It’s the kind of spot that leaves a lasting impression, whether you’re a local or just arriving in town like I was. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Dallas.
Haywire absolutely blew me away. Our server, Shadiya, was AMAZING!!! She took her time answering all of our questions, gave incredible recommendations, and was so kind and patient throughout the entire experience. The food was outstanding. We had the garlic-stuffed filet with Brussels sprouts, and it was cooked perfectly. We shared the crab dip and onion rings, and every appetizer was a hit, I was eating so fast because everything tasted amazing . This was my first time in Dallas, and between the food and the service, the experience was phenomenal. The manager even stopped by to chat with us and was incredibly sweet, which made us feel so welcomed. At one point I just looked around the restaurant and noticed how much fun everyone was having. The ambience was vibrant, warm, and inviting. Haywire’s hospitality is truly like no other. Can’t wait to come back.
Very clean, nice, & cozy environment. Everyone that works there is so kind & friendly, & they have the best filet mignon ever!! Super fresh, tender, & flavorful. Tanner is very sweet & Paul helped to set my cake on the table safely & carefully on my birthday & brought my family & I everything we needed in order to enjoy it!
