I have stayed in many hotels, but this one truly felt special. Its ideal location made it easy for us to catch the train and enjoy a trip downtown to Charlotte. We had a memorable time at the AC/DC concert at the Bank of America, and everything was wonderful until we returned home the next day. It was only then that I realized I had left two shirts hanging in the closet. I called and spoke with the manager, Cynthia Ennis, who was incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to help. She kindly refused any payment and shipped my shirts back overnight. That kind of compassion and exceptional customer service really touched me. I would gladly stay here again, and I hope the owner recognizes how truly special Cynthia is—she is an invaluable employee who made a lasting positive impression.
Great road trip pit stop. Needed a last minute stop to sleep that was pet friendly and didn’t break the bank so we could sleep and get back on the road. $25 pet fee; you can’t beat that. Rooms are cold and comfortable. Our room was on the 6th floor and was very quiet. With fees under $125. Area was safe and staff was friendly.

Would I book twice .. No. When I checked in I was charged a deposit that was never returned and the manager said be it was wing sauce on a hand towel. When it wasn’t she failed to send me pictures to my email after confirming she would. When I arrived I had to go to the front desk twice just to get working keys before I even entered the room. Finally get in the air wasn’t working (82 degree weather). They had to call a maintenance guy to come up and fix it which he did. The rooms across from my mine trash sitting outside the doors my entire stay. The pull out couch had absolutely no linens at all so again we had to wait till some one came up just to bring them. The lady that checked me out told me she couldn’t give me a recipient because the manager wasn’t there and I would have to wait until 1pm to get one. Still no receipt and no deposit. I called to speak with a manager and she explained my deposit was taken because of wing sauce was on a hand towel. Which she never showed proof of it because it never happened. She looked for a reason to take it and she did. So no I will not be booking again here and if you do I think it’s best if you get someone to check your room before you leave the property because it’s no way wing sauce was on anything in room and she never emailed me the proof
BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION , at 2am a Random Man entered my room and stated that he was hotel security and doing door checks and told me he was coming to tell me to lock my door. NEVER IN MY 22 YEARS OF LIVING HAVE I EVER HAD A “ HOTEL SECURITY “ come physically INTO my room to tell me to lock my door. When I addressed the front desk clerk they told me they would check cameras , just for me to later find out this hotel has 0 CAMERAS ON ANY HOTEL FLOORS ( 6 Floors Btw). The owner came out strangely at 2:10am and told me to leave the property, not hey what’s going on how I can help. VERY WEIRD , I stayed in room 634 which Is the almost to very last hotel that’s connected to an emergency exit door. Everybody seems strange I would never step foot in here and yall shouldn’t either.
First off the reviews are completely accurate for this Hotel. This place is awesome and it has a 100 score as displayed on the shelf behind the counter. Very clean -very nice rooms!and I’m not sure who she is but the lady behind the counter who not only was mentoring someone new certainly takes her job serious unless she is actually the owner because everything was up to par and she made sure of this, as we approach the elevator she noticed little dog treats that fell in the cracks and immediately was cleaning them. Talk about ownership mentality! Best Price included. We were very Satisfied!! Allen-Kaarin
