Tyler Dixon, Brandon Banister, Corey Bishop, and the rest of the team at Greenwood Heating & Home Services were absolutely top tier. We needed a dual HVAC system for a large house and the team did an amazing job from the first phone call to schedule an evaluation of the existing system to the last call to follow up on some minor items. We had talked to other HVAC groups first but we were just not happy with how the conversations were going so we stopped and kept looking … until we called Greenwood. Fast, efficient, no unnecessary upsells, and even kind to our dogs! Jesse and his partner arrived on time, explained the process of replacing our furnace. Before they start they made sure our floors and stairs were covered with protective plastic film. They respected our house. Our new furnace are now running smoothly and efficiently. We’re very satisfied for their work and professionalism. The Greenwood team was professional, courteous, and incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. Throughout the entire installation process, communication was excellent. We always knew what had been completed, what was next, and where things stood with the project. A special shoutout to Tyler and Tyler, our electrician and HVAC technician. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to answer questions made the experience seamless. I recently had my home furnace and A/C unit inspected and serviced by Greenwood Heating & Home Services. Both systems were originally installed by Greenwood back in 2011, and thanks to their quality work, along with annual professional maintenance and my own semi-annual cleaning and upkeep, they continue to operate reliably today. Yesterday, technician Abhishant Chaudhary came out for the scheduled service, and I wanted to recognize the excellent experience. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and respectful. What impressed me most was his willingness to explain the inspection process, discuss the condition of my equipment, and clearly communicate the results of his service visit. Customer service is about more than completing a task—it's about building trust through communication and professionalism. Abhishant demonstrated both. We couldn't be happier with our AC installation! Lori, Josh, Mason, Brandon, and Vaid were outstanding from start to finish. It's common to have a great experience with the sales representative only for the installation to fall short, but that definitely wasn't the case here. Every member of the team was kind, professional, and took pride in their work. The installation was done with great attention Juto detail, everything looks clean and finished, and they left our home spotless. There was no damage, no mess, and the entire process exceeded our expectations. I am a pretty hard critic and they really exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a company that delivers excellent service from the first conversation through the final installation, I highly recommend this team! They are my new go to for our homes needs.
