I am new in town, so when my furnace went out unexpectedly, I wasn’t sure who to call. But I saw Brothers Plumbing, Heating and Electric in a local resource guide and after checking out their reviews on Yelp, I decided to give them a try. Their service, from my first phone call to them yesterday to the successful installation of my new furnace today, was impeccable. If anything, they over-communicated, which is the opposite of what you get from many service companies. I had photographs of the salesperson yesterday and my Technician today well before they arrived, which gave me some feeling of security when a “stranger“ appeared on my doorstep. My technician, Seth, was here all day today, from 9 this morning till 5:30 PM when he completed the installation. That’s a pretty long appointment and he was pleasant and professional the entire time. Not only that, but he got an incredible amount of work done and set me up with what appears to be a fantastic new furnace that will serve me for many years to come. I couldn’t be more pleased. Note: if you are only looking for rock-bottom pricing, and don’t give a darn about service, this may not be the company for you. But if you are willing to pay a little extra In exchange for the comfort of knowing they’ve been in business in Denver for 45 years and have built a pretty amazing reputation, then give Brothers a try. I signed up for the home care program which means I will go back to them for most things related to plumbing, electrical, or HVAC on my new home at discounted rates.This gives me a great feeling of security, that I won’t be calling around for all of these different services, but instead, will go back to the same company. So far, for services provided yesterday and today, I rate Brothers 10/10.

My hot water heater broke so I needed someone quickly and they got me in right away. They were convenient, friendly, thorough, great communication, all the things you need from a plumber. I really appreciated that he pointed out where I could save money by hiring a handyman but also offering to do it for me. They feel very trustworthy, intelligent, and helpful. Highly recommend
Scott and Chandler installed an expansion tank on my water heater to bring it to code and remedy problems with a leaky T&P Relief Valve. They are knowledgeable and skilled and explained well the proposed project. Their work is top-notch. (The finished product photos are neat and shiny.) I highly recommend their services.
Moose did a wonderful job installing a bathroom fan and fixing some of my smoke detectors. I have vaulted ceilings and the fan was last replaced in 1984, so it was not an easy task. The new fan is quiet and works perfectly. Moose was very kind and professional and took his time to explain what he was doing. He also made sure to make friends with my dog before he started to make the instalation process completely stress free. I would highly recommend this company. Be sure to request Moose.
I am super pleased with Brothers! I am new to CO and have been through several plumbers for issues I've had with my 30 year old home. This time I needed help with my gas furnace. Cameron arrived on time for two different issues. He was respectful and knowledgeable. He never tried to 'upsell'. He presented the serious safety issues but didn't try to make minor issues seem scary. He completed a thorough examination, clearly diagnosed the problems, quoted the work and fixed the problems quickly as quoted without any surprise billing. He also provided quotes for less urgent work that can be completed in the future. The quotes were honest and significantly less than quotes received from competitors. Cameron helped me build trust in Brothers such that I decided to join their maintenance program which saved me 10% on this and all future services with a company I now trust.
