I stayed at the hotel for a week . The rooms were nice but housekeeping was supposed to clean my room every other day & never came to my room. I stopped someone with a cart to grab extra towels. My family was staying there too same thing happened to them. The positive thing was the valet Josh was on top of getting my car promptly very polite & professional.
I had such an amazing experience at the SpringHill Suites in Charlotte, NC, and a huge part of that was because of Gustavo. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. You can tell he truly cares about the guests and takes pride in what he does. Gustavo went above and beyond to make sure everything during my stay was perfect. He was patient, professional, kind, and had such a positive attitude every time we interacted. It’s rare to meet someone in hospitality who makes you feel more like a valued guest than just another reservation, but that’s exactly what he did. Travel can sometimes be stressful, but Gustavo made the entire experience smooth, comfortable, and memorable. Employees like him are the reason people come back. SpringHill Suites is lucky to have someone so hardworking and personable representing their hotel. Thank you again, Gustavo, for making my stay such a great one!

This hotel does not believe in making things easy for a tired traveler. First, it is very difficult to get someone at the front desk from outside the hotel - if you get someone you get a bot or someone offsite first. Parking and valet charges are not clear - one place says $50-$55, another says $30-$40. There is ZERO signage in the parking garage about how to get to lobby. The valet didn’t allow me to check-in and then unload car and decide on parking. After a very long drive and frustration with parking the man at the front desk was not genuinely interested in answering any of my questions and lacked empathy. The room was nice, but things like the coffee maker were disappointing for the price level. I also didn’t have a tub in my room - not sure if that is standard but I was looking forward to a soak so had wished I knew that ahead of time. Also they clean every 2 days but give you only 1 regular coffee packet. The biggest thing I didn’t know until after arrival was the trains - the trains go all night right next to the hotel!! If you aren’t used to it they can definitely keep you up / wake you up. They do provide ear plugs to help and say you can get a noise machine at the desk. Lastly the location is pretty convenient in terms of accessing the Charlotte area, but not if you have a disability or trouble navigating uneven surfaces because of where the train tracks are located.
We had a great stay here for a concert last night. Perfect location for Spectrum Center events. Very walkable area, lots of restaurants. Room on 9th floor was clean. Check in/out was quick. There were a lot of breakfast options. Josh with valet parking was super friendly and efficient! It was expensive, but worth it to not hassle with the parking deck and have my car brought right to me when we were ready to go. I'd definitely stay here again!
I recently stayed here last week, and it was an amazing experience. The room was very spacious and included two queen beds, a trundle, one bathroom, a desk, a mini fridge, and microwave. Our room was on the fifteenth floor, so we had a nice view with a gigantic view, and we were pretty close to the elevators and ice machines. I will say it does get pretty loud at night given its location, but they give ear plugs and a Spotify playlist link and also offer sleep noise machines at the front desk. Their complimentary breakfast was very good, but they sadly did not have bacon and only offered a waffle maker on the last day. However, I may just be being picky though. Overall, the cleanliness was pretty good, and I didn't see anything of negative importance. My experience was very good, and I highly recommend this hotel.
