My providers here are both great. Annie Cannon for primary care, and Angelina Polito for more on the mental health side of things. I'm glad I chose this place when recently looking for a new provider, and I know that I am in good hands. Prompt when it comes to appointments, the staff is always helpful, and do a great job to make sure you're up to date on appointments. All in all highly recommended.
I truly enjoy coming to this office. They are always so friendly, they listen to your concerns and are so helpful when it comes to your health. I really enjoy how they do not treat you like cattle and just push on through to get to the next patient. And also how they offer all your medical needs and labs in one spot so you’re not having to drive all over to have everything taking care of. And Mrs. Debra Shannon and Kacey Are just wonderful, friendly, compassionate, caring, and show such great concern with your health. When picking this office for my medical needs I can’t give a high enough gold star so I am just giving them a 5 star. I am beyond thrilled with my choosing this office.

I've been seeing several different primaries here at Bridge City for about 5 years, all whom have shown me the deepest care and treatment that I look for. Each and every one are unparalleled in their dedication and true humanitarian treatment of all patients. You can feel the energy as soon as you enter the waiting room. The staff exude calmness. That's all I can say.
Bridge City is a nice clinic with nice providers but it has been impossible to work with their scheduling system. Online scheduling? They canceled the appointment because they didn't realize I was an established patient. Scheduled through a phone call? They canceled the appointment two weeks later because the doctor's schedule changed. Getting ready to leave for the appointment? Oh wait, they cancelled it because the provider isn't in the office. Try to reschedule online? Cancelled again because the calendar isn't up to date. That's 4 different reasons for 4 different cancellations. The portal works about 25% of the time, so it's a guessing game if I'll be able to message a provider. And they inevitably say to schedule an appointment (which, of course, gets cancelled).
My first visit with Kacy was great. I didn't feel judged when sharing my history. I felt comfortable in her office and it was easy to talk with her. She went over my medications and dosing with me and made sure that we were on the same page. I'm very happy to have found her and will be going back.
