Jonathan, Caleb and Jeff worked efficiently on a hot summer day getting the project done quickly. They are truly professionals who pay attention to the details, ensuring minimum space impact inside and a clean look from outside. Jonathan took the time to walk me around to see it all and ensure I knew how the remote worked. I highly recommend!

Remarkable service on a Saturday when temps reached 98+ degrees. Called and spoke to Amy, she asked all the right questions; dispatched call to technician. Received a call from Michael within 15 minutes, explained the problem and he knew exactly what it was; 1 hour later we were up and running with a new capacitor! Appreciate the knowledgeable and kind service. To have a tech employed with a company for 10 years, you know they treat their employees and customers right. 🙌
I had another hvac come by said my blower wasn’t working but to fix it would need to rip out the top of the door frame and wall. They were going to talk to their boss and call me…never heard back. Another guy just didn’t show up today and didn’t know anybody that could. This is Friday and it is supposed to get really cold by Monday. Called Ross and Whitmer and they had my new hero Michael come out. It’s in a really hard place to get to but Michael came thru. I now have heat and am very happy. In the future they will be the only people I will call!!
