If you’re looking for a top-tier dental practice, look no further than here. The staff is professional, efficient, and they always run right on schedule, I’ve never had to wait past my appointment time. Dr. Latif is highly knowledgeable and honest, never trying to push unnecessary procedures. Honest, high-quality care is hard to come by, and this place nails it. Five stars all the way! Love everyone at this place❤️
I had one of the worst healthcare experiences I have ever had at this office. Before my examination, I signed the standard new patient paperwork and had X-rays taken. After the dentist completed the examination, I was presented with a proposed treatment plan and a cost estimate. I clearly explained that I only wanted the tooth extraction at that time and was not agreeing to the other recommended treatments. I repeatedly requested to sign a consent form that reflected only the procedure I had agreed to. Despite this, the dental assistant repeatedly insisted that I sign the paperwork containing the entire treatment plan. Even after I explained my request several times, I felt pressured to sign a document that included treatments I had not agreed to. The situation became uncomfortable enough that the dentist came over. The assistant told the dentist that I did not understand, but my concern was never about understanding. I simply did not want to sign for treatments I was not accepting. The dentist ultimately instructed the staff to prepare new paperwork. However, when the revised paperwork was brought back, I noticed an additional charge that had not appeared on the previous estimate. I had taken a photo of the original treatment plan, so I asked why this new charge had been added. The assistant was unable to clearly explain it and acknowledged that it had not appeared on the previous document. The dentist then instructed the staff to remove that charge. Later, another assistant returned with a newly revised estimate. This version included yet another charge that had not appeared on either of the previous estimates. At that point, I asked why the total kept changing. I explained that I was paying in full and simply wanted one clear document showing the exact amount I would be paying. Despite this, I again felt pressured to accept charges that continued to change. I did not agree until the paperwork accurately reflected only the treatment I had accepted and the correct amount. In the end, my tooth was extracted at the original quoted price. Unfortunately, my concerns did not end there. After my extraction, I asked for a clean piece of cotton. I observed the assistant handing me cotton without wearing gloves. Because I had an open extraction site, I did not feel comfortable using it and instead requested clean, unopened cotton. At that point, I felt the assistant’s attitude noticeably changed before a different piece of cotton was provided. Based on my personal experience, I did not feel confident because the treatment estimates kept changing. I also felt pressured to sign paperwork that included treatments I was not accepting, and I was not satisfied with the overall experience. I have included photos of the different estimates I received during my visit so others can see why I was concerned about the changes in the paperwork and pricing. These photos reflect my personal experience. I will not be returning, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this office to others.

I had a great experience with Dr. Sam. I recently had a dental implant, and the entire procedure went very smoothly and was a success. Dr. Sam was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The staff was also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Sam and the team to anyone looking for excellent dental care.
My consultation was extremely pleasant; the whole staff was beyond pleasant. The doctor was nice and informative; he explained everything, including the importance of certain areas and things that are not as important. Great visit! I will update more information after the work is completed. P.S all equipment updated. Good vibes here!
Dr. Qaraja and Taylor were awesome. I went to Ohio State U previously and it was nothing but pain. Came here and it was flawless! My x ray shows i was millimeters away from nerve consistent nerve pain. Multiple extractions and etc in one setting. Didn’t feel nothing! Surgery here is a must!!!
